The UPS Store

The store manager, peetra, is very friendly, kind, and helpful. I had a postal box for a while and all staff did a great job with my mail and packages.

My husband and I could not find a box for a gate return so we had to get a bit creative and Lacresha and Alexis helped us make it work! They were very friendly and professional.

Because the people that work there are friendly, patient, and quick. I love going there especially for my first impression, it was amazing!

I like to ship from UPS.i usually have a QR code so they just scan it and print my label right there at no extra cost. I ship a lot and prefer to use UPS over the other ways I've tried. They seem to be on time delivering much more often than the other main company. Sometimes there's a line but if you avoid going between 4:00-5:00pm it's great! Usually the people that help are friendly and professional and the ones that aren't, never last long. You can get pretty much anything you need for shipping but I get my shipping supplies before I go to save money. They will also pack your items if you want, at a charge.

They went above and beyond to help me return my Dyson for repair. The reference number given to me by Dyson wouldn't work. Lori actually had to call Dyson to get it figured out. I really appreciated her and others in the office going that extra step to help me out. Especially since I know they were busy.

Visiting Antioch and need some docs scanned and emailed ASAP. The person at the store was efficient and professional. Got it done quickly. Thanks. You were a life saver.

Went to the store 15min before closing, there was only one associate working the counter(youngster, his name was William). He had a little rush of atleast 4 people, which he handled with efficiency and proffessionalism. He then proceeded to help me, at this point after hours, still with a smile on his face. Very good experience.

When I need to mail a package this UPS Store is where I prefer to go. I've had a good experience every time I've been there. Everyone whose helped me to be friendly and knowledgeable.
