This is a very unique Goodwill I've never been to one that had this setup. Things are sold here by the pound. This is the Liquidation Center I'm assuming for all the Goodwills in eastern Kansas and Western missouri. Kind of a last chance sale place and that's why things are sold by the pound. It took me a minute to get used to this setup the bins are always changing too I think every hour so these bins move around and constantly have fresh merchandise. Read the signs in my posted pictures and explains how everything is sold bought a couple of things here by the pounds. Unique setup for Goodwill I've never been in contact with one like this nice little it's hidden in Metro Kansas City so if you don't find it on the map you're not aware of it too much. But it is a nice little store for what it is. If you willing to dig through the bins you can find yourself some bargains! Recommended highly if you have some time to rummage around the bins. You might find a really good bargain!

5 stars for the staff at this location. My crossbody bag was stolen today and I figured they would just be like “tough luck” because of how crazy it is there but they were not they were very helpful and vigilant. They put the pressure on so much that the person ditched the bag in a bin and someone “found it” and returned it. I was so thankful that they were vigilant in a situation that seemed hopeless. I also learned to be a little more careful next time I go.

Never had a single problem, come here everyday and the stuff is dirt cheap. Don’t bring your kids if their under 13 it’s a safety issue, they have rotations of huge heavy bins and they are filled with unsorted items. My boyfriend has cut himself twice from unknown items be careful and wear gloves!!

It was my first time here. My husband and I drive several hrs to get to this location. It was actually a good experience. The items are brought out in large blue rolling bins and they tell you to wait until they get the whole line full then you can go. It’s kinda like a race to see who gets to see it all first. But it’s not bad. At least for us it wasn’t. We had a cart overflowing with items and only paid $40 for the whole cart. We got clothes, dishes, kitchen ware and some miscellaneous items. I definitely recommend wearing gloves as they have so much broken items. Overall it was great. Definitely recommend going. Staff was nice.

This place is a treasure. It is well run and the employees are great. Today I watched Lorenzo run the store like a well oiled machine that was a pleasant experience. The cashier was great and Autumn went out of her way to help me-her kindness was amazing! As a disabled person don't miss the danger of small kids and do miss chairs in break room.

I have been in the place quite a bit. And as such my opinion of the place is a firm opinion. They try to make it as well run as possible, they tried to vary the merchandise available in as much volume and variety possible, and try to change it out as frequently as is practicable. They want everybody to have a chance to go through everything while trying to change merchandise, so it's usually set out somewhere between one and two hours the manager there is eminently fair-minded and pretty much all the help is very friendly and very helpful. And you'd be surprised at the things that you can find there. It's worth the trip just to experience it.

If you have an anxiety or cluster phobia problem and or problem getting your hands dirty this isn't the place for you!! If you enjoy digging for treasures or have a hoarding problem, this IS the place for you! I love this place. You have to know or learn how to handle all personality types to survive here! It's every man and woman for themselves! I've found awesome deals and developed a hoarding problem from going here!! No joke! I wish I could go everyday! Love this place! Follow their rules and you'll be fine! Great bargains! Not for the WEAK!!

Fun place to shop for Christmas gifts and search for fun finds. Great for college students. It can get a little nuts but that’s mainly only around the newly rotated bins. So if you just look around else where in this big warehouse it’ll be relatively peaceful. Go on weekdays at odd hours like morning or after lunch. The employees there work hard and are kind. They have to be blunt and gruff at times to keep the people that storm the bins in line. If it wasn’t for them I imagine it would get really nuts on there. People get greedy but on a human level... a lot of these “crazy people” are coming from low income families and are looking to send things to their families that could need them. Not to excuse some of the rudeness that happens but even when I step up to these carts people make room or polite talk or let me see something I’m reaching for. There are only so many goodwill outlets in the nation so be happy you have a resource like this. But like I said it’s a fun place for thrifty shoppers. Check it out and take home something special for pennies.

A lot of fun great prices you pay by the pound. You dig through bins of stuff. I have found jeans worth $200 and a purse worth $100. I was very excited. They both were in perfect condition. Just watch your cart greedy people like to take stuff from it. Employees like to take it and put stuff back in the bins. Watch out for shoppers who like to push people out of the way. They put out new bins every hour so always something new to look at.

They have an incredible operation there. It's the collection point, the sorting point, the selling point and anything in between. The support recycling and partner with other agencies if that route is needed. They have helpful staff on site to assist at all phases. The location is easy to see and there is free parking right outside the facility and on the adjacent street. They are well organized and there doesn't seem to be any bottlenecks considering how many items that receive daily, and nightly.

I have told so many people about this place!
There are giant tubs rotated out with fresh items on a scheduled time rotation. You have to dig and make some effort but it's well worth it. I've only been there three times, because I don't have a car, but I would like to return soon.
I have walked out with a lawn trash bag full of clothes, towels and curtains for only $11. They weigh everything on a scale, and most things are really inexpensive, some items are more per weight volume. Their inventory includes clothing, linens, purses, toys, books, household items, collectibles and more. I recommend that everyone check it out at least once.

Things r on very large tubs they rotate new ones about every 15 min. No organization to it u just have to go through all the tubs I suggest wearing rubber gloves it is dirty. Most stuff .99 a pd shoes like 1.25 a pair if something weighs over 5lb It is flat fee of 5.00 no matter what is weighs. U can find lists of holiday decorations and clothes by the piles got to have time to spend here but u can find some fantastic deals and u can check electric stuff to make sure it works. Great place to find a Christmas tree. I got a 700.00 tree there for 5.00 seriously. Was in perfect shape even had new tags it. Like I said though u got to have time to spend there and suggest repeat visits till u find what u want.

For those with an eye for detail and willing to make the effort of going through bins of basically junk, there can be great finds. I always have fun and find a few great buys. Basically, It's 99 cents a pound with some exceptions. Books are 25 cents for soft cover and 50 cents for hard cover.

What an interesting concept! As an avid thrift store shopper, it is a must. This is where unsold thrift store items go to die, or not! Customers buy items by the pound! Books are 50 cents and shoes/boots are $1.50. Wow!

It's an event! Workers roll out bins full of assorted merchandise. Buyers wait, sometimes patiently, for all bins to get in place and for the magic words to be uttered, "Shop!" It's a frenzy as everyone rushes to be the first to get the "good stuff".

Since the good stuff is subjective, there are always treasures to be found. I found name brand items, some with tags. There is some junk, too. I took my time and avoided the frenzy.

There are those shopping for themselves and their families, professional "flippers"/re-sellers-shopping to re-sell online, usually, and thrill seekers.

It's an adventure. May be hit or miss, but worth a visit!
