I had never been to a LEGO official store before. The moment I saw, I had to drop in. Cute collection and decent number of options to choose from. Perfect for gifting

very good customer service. Mace was extremely helpful, friendly, and great at greeting guests. Sarah Lynn, Andrew, and the rest of the staff were efficient at their work and made everyone feel welcome. Every time I stop by the store, I have to drop in for a small lego set. Probably the best lego store in the area. If I could give 10/5 stars, I would.

First time in a Lego store. The inner child in me couldn't stand still! Hannah was very helpful and pleasant to talk to. Thanks for being kind to us tourists!

I would have loved to take that survey on my receipt but unfortunately we can't find it 😫 HOWEVER we came on Google because my kid and I felt strongly that Lego should know how awesome Zac is!! It's my kids birthday weekend so ofc he immediately wanted to go buy Legos with his birthday money and Zac was so kind patient and FUN! They left a wonderful impression on my son and we will be coming back as holidays are fast approaching! Thank you for being so cool and helpful we really enjoyed your banter during checkout! 😎

I was happy that Pick A Brick was available without filling out the paper. It’s a paradise with everything you see on the Lego website. The staff was friendly and even asked what I build.

The LEGO store was awesome. First time in the store since they reopened after COVID. The shelves were stocked and I was able to buy a lot. Friendly team of employees.

Always a very positive experience when I visit. The employees are all clearly LEGO fans and always very friendly and helpful. They restock on Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays.

Staff members were friendly and helpful. Fun place to go and look around. Got to build (and keep) a free small set too!

This place is wonderful. It has all the set one needs, and great seasonal items (they have all the Advent calendars at a lower price than Amazon, same thing for the base plates...). Somehow it looks like they never run out of items! Most important, it is very well located and easy to access from the Monroe garage. Great for the kids and the grown-ups (they have the HUGE millennium falcon!!!)

Great Lego store if you need replacement bricks, unique sets based off TV shows, movie franchises, and more. They have both standard Lego sizes and duplo blocks as well. You can sign up for their rewards program and earn free items and in-store cash. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. They do have ♿ handicap accessible aisles. Love their build a Lego person station as well.

Fairly big, Lego store with convenient location.
The variety of sets is great, there are lots of different series presented.
Staff is super friendly to kids even if they just playing with loose blocks. And yes, there are always enough blocks to play with.
Lego VIP card helps to collect point that could be easily used towards next purchase.

Great a little Lego store that has some good Black Friday deals, like a working chess and checkers set for $55. But then again, there are sets like the Millenium Falcon that coat more than a phone. I also saw a small piano that actually worked by connecting to your phone via Bluetooth and the keys actually moved($250). Lego is great all around and this store is in a great location.

Super helpful staff! We went in to get kids gifts for Christmas and they guided us through the myriad choices available. Also one time I left my credit card in the store and not only had the staff already put it in the back for safekeeping, they let me cut in line to return it to me!

Its always a good experience in Lego Store. My 6yr old daughter has VIP Lego card and she just loves to go there. Shop is always busy but the employees are really good. Even though you don't buy, your kids can build Lego sets and from the loose blocks and they will display it over there. they have good collection of Lego's too.
