This is my go to location for shipping! Maria is always friendly and very helpful. The owner provided me with excellent customer service. I will definitely continue to come here!

I have been using this store for quite a few years. Some times good experiences some times really bad. This time I went to this store on 7/18/2023. And the line was pretty long. But, The girl named Maria was the best ever ! She was just fast and knows what she is doing! With a pleasant smile she is very polite and friendly. I saw not only how she get the work done fast but also how she is team player. The lady who was doing the notary seems really slow ( I mean like incredibly slow! I was wondering if she did it on purpose so that she would not help other customers). Anyway the notary lady said something pretty mean to Maria but she didn’t seem bothered at all and continued to get job done! Wonderful employee! There was a guy was there helping costumers too also very friendly and trying to get work done fast. I’m happy they hired better staff this time. I hope the owner knows what’s going on and keeps the good hardworking staff.

Been to this location several times to post packages, grab a quick copy, and make Amazon returns.
They’re often busy, but they’re organized, efficient, professional and polite.
I’ve had great service, and when I’ve walked in prepared, even with a line, it’s never taken longer than 3 minutes to accomplish what I needed to do.
It’s why I keep coming back.

I have had excellent service at this location. They are friendly and have always done a great job. I’ve dropped off Amazon returns, gotten notary’s and shipped my own packages and they have all gone very smoothly and as promised with one exception. One of the packages I shipped must not have been handled well and the items arrived broken. Part of the fault was definitely mine and me not realizing that Home Depot boxes are NOT appropriate for shipping items (Don’t do that :) ). I had made sure to get insurance on the package (as they were family items) and opened a claim which had to be dealt with directly with UPS. The shorty version is that Vanitha and B. we’re both very attentive and fought hard with UPS to get me the value of my items. They communicated with me and gave me updates as promised. While they had a difficult time with UPS they eventually were able to make sure I was taken care of. They also gracefully accepted my feedback that it would have been helpful for someone to let me know ahead of time that HD boxes are not sturdy, and let the team know so as to avoid future issues. It took longer than I had hoped but all things considered, they went above and beyond and I will definitely continue to be a loyal customer here. I see they have a low review score but that has not at all been my experience!

Always so satisfied with their service, BEST UPS ive ever been to. Everytime i go there, all the staff are just so patient and polite. Very rare to come across!

Low. Maybe they don’t like UPS prices not the employees fault. I do think UPS is high and I ship USPS. But the customer service is great here and it’s nice to get papers notarized…

I've been a customer for several years. This UPS Store has always been so helpful. They always greet me by name and with a smile. They go above and beyond to make you feel special. There have been several times I've been in there when they are very busy and they always provide the best customer service.

I went to this store after a problem with my kids passport photos. The workers were friendly and working hard to process a long line. I’m assuming the owners, were so helpful. They replaced their photos, no questions asked. UPS store in south Tracy is my go to place!

5 Stars EVERYTIME I come into this UPS store. Always "service with a smile" and the employees always go above and beyond to be helpful!

I walked in and was greeted immediately by both associates and a very pleasant fragrance yesterday 5/24/17 @ approximately 5:30. This was my first time visiting this location and I was in-and-out in less than 4 minutes. I'm glad to rate awesome customer service with 5 stars.

Customer service is awesome. Convenient's is pricey. But that's all UPS stores. I'm originally from Colorado and never got good customer service.

Great people who own this store. It seemed to be run by family and they are friendly people. It may get slow at times if there is one attendant inside.
