I had to take my son's (Google
Pixel 6) phone in for repair since he cracked the screen and it didn't power on anymore. I walked in and was surprised at the size of their North Highland location. The staff were friendly and this place offered a life time warranty on their repairs. Their prices are competitive with other places but the thing that made me choose this place was their customer service. They were quick to repair my son's phone and they kept me in the loop of what was happening. I would highly recommend this place if you need to get your phone repaired. They have two convenient locations. One in Rancho Cordova and in North Highlands. Give them a call or stop in and get your phone fixed. You won't be disappointed.

My experience was really good!!! I’m from out out town and came here to fix my screen,I was on my way to the airport and they fixed it under 30 mins on a iPhone 11. this was the lowest quote I got. PS THE BUFF GUY IN THE BACK IS AMAZING

Spoke to First Response on Monday morning and my IPad was repaired the next afternoon. Charged what was quoted. Great to know I have a neighborhood shop for my product repairs. Fast and professional.

Great customer service and knowledgeable. In 2022, we took a Samsung A51 to this place and their knowledgeable technician fixed it. We forgot what it was for, but a few months later it went out again, and they fixed it again for free and did not charge us a bunch of nonsense fees. I highly recommended

Tremendous service, smooth experience and great repair. Fairly priced screen repair for my phone. Offered to install part I bought somewhere else, which is a great gesture. I went with their part instead as it was a great deal.
Your best bet for quick turnaround is to be there during the week shortly after they open. Weekend wait can be over an hour and a half, which is understandable considering demand. If you need a quick repair, go during the week.
I'll definitely use them again for other repairs!

Went here and got an affordable battery replacement for my phone. They said it would take an hour to replace, but they were way faster than that. I waited only about 30 mins at most. Will definitely go back in the future.

I brought a phone in to get a cracked screen replaced. They replaced the screen with a new one, but never turned on the phone.

When I turned on the phone, there was a large black smudge on the top. Next time, please turn on the phone to test that it works.

Otherwise, they repaired the phone again for free and it looked absolutely amazing!!

Very fast very affordable and very knowledgeable. They were able to get my phone up and running within a few minutes. They are also very informative and were able to tell me exactly what happened and why it happened in regards to my device. I will go to them whenever I need my devices repaired.

I got my iPhone 13 screen replaced here. I went with them because of their lifetime warranty on the screen. The staff was friendly and helpful and did the work very quickly. My screen looks way better than my horribly cracked screen but the screen quality isn’t as good as the original Apple screen. The screen is much darker and I feel like my battery is draining quicker as well. I think they gave me a lcd screen instead of the oled.

I updated this review to 5 star. First response called me to fix the issues with the screen. This company cares about their customers.

A friend referred us to get my son’s phone fixed. It was a 35-40 min drive from where we lived! Best decision we made! The customer service was awesome. Our overall experience was the best compared to any services we ever had! Definitely recommending them to all my friends and family!
