Went to do a credit card transaction with store manager Johnny, while I was there I also had the tires on my new vehicle inspected, employee Phong was very nice, helpful and professional! He explained the condition of my tires and the proper air pressure! I was in and out super fast and this is my second time in this particular store. I can say with all confidence that, I will be returning for all my services and purchases from Firestone at this particular store where they are very professional and knowledgeable about proper car maintenance and of course tires! I highly recommend to all to come here for your automotive service needs!

Very helpful and friendly. Wasn't pushy when I refused upsells. Prices for 2 tires were comparable to other businesses. Had a blowout on one tire and replaced two so they would be same wear. It was an emergency and I was out the door in about an hour. Also being open at 7am was extremely helpful. I will be going back and wd recommend this business to anyone who needs this type of quick service. 3 thumbs up 👍 👍👍😊

Best place to have your car service at Firestone Auto care. All technicians are certified and very knowledgeable to take care your vehicles.

We take both of our vehicles here for tiers, oil changes, and other repairs. All the staff has always been very helpful. I can't remember all the techs names but Adam had almost been the person who we check in with and is always very pleasant. Today he even explained why something originally failed on inspection but was actually fine. He had no problem admitting what happened. It was an honest and harmless thing. I feel like other places would have tried to cover it up or replace something that didn't need to be since it was approved to replace. We will definitely continue to come back. Thank you Adam and staff.

Went there for broken light bulbs. The Advisor Johnny took a look and found the connection was loose and fixed it for free. He also adjusted the tire pressure complimentarily.

I had a tire fixed here yesterday, they did a great job. Fast and friendly staff. Simon greeted me at the desk and promptly got me in and out. I came back today to get my brakes fixed. I highly recommend Firestone and Simon is awesome.

Had my car serviced here a few days ago, nothing too crazy just an oil change, air filter replacement and tire rotation. It was smooth and easy (I had an appointment), I just walked in and they pulled my car into the bay shortly after. The wait didn't seem long, and then I was on my way. Staff were all polite and made good conversation. I definitely plan on coming back.

I've been coming to this Firestone for 2 years now. The team is super friendly, and very effective. I've been satisfied over and over with their work. Best part, they do not push sale. They recommend and leave it at that. I highly recommend this place.

I’m somewhat new coming here. The few times I’ve come I’ve had good experiences. Raeth and Lacy always give great service and explain things very well. This time I had an issue and I thought it might go bad. Well, I was wrong. You can always tell how a business really is when there’s an issue. They went above and beyond to fix the issue and make it right with me. I’ve been in retail most of my life and this kind of Great service is hard to find. I ENDED UP GOING TO FIRESTONE BECAUSE MY TIRE LIGHT CAME ON AND IT WAS ABOUT DUE FOR TIRES JOHNNY WHO WORKS THERE TOOK CARE OF ME I ENDED UP GETTING FOUR TIRES FOR MY MY HONDA CIVIC AND BRINGING MY 2016 SILVERADO AND GETTING TIRES PUT ON IT ALSO .... JOHNNY WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE & VERY PROFESSIONAL AND WAS ACCOMMODATING TO ALL MY NEEDS AND QUESTIONS.... WHERE MOST PLACES ARE CLOSED ON SUNDAY JOHNNY TOTALLY TOOK CARE OF ME I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND COMING TO FIRESTONE YOU MIGHT PAY A LITTLE BIT MORE BUT THE SERVICE AND THE QUALITY IS THERE..... I had a last minute oil change that effected my truck. I have a long commute and this concerned me. This garage was able to fit me in as a last minute appointment.

They service members were honest about their times and technician constraints. I respect that.

Walked in the store on the way home from work. The girl at the counter was apparently too busy to give eye contact or even acknowledge that I walked in the door. After about 10 minutes Katie comes in from the back all smiles and eager to assist as ALWAYS. Thank you Katie, after explaining I only needed a head lamp for my car I was literally out of there in less than 5 minutes. The excellent customer service in this store is always constant. (Except for Miss too busy to say, "I'll be with you in a moment"). Johnny, you've got a great team! Even though you weren't in the store Katie made sure that the customers are still treated with excellent service. keep up the good work!
