Allison or taylin or amber made my drink the best its ever been at this store and the drive thru barista was pleasant and well mannered. Those baristas should be training the newer partners

It was a little busy but it only took barista a few minutes to make my coffee and water. They're always as friendly as usual.

Had one of the best drinks in a long time. Hazelnut Oatmilk Latte. Try it.

About to get a remodel but the staff will return. They are awesome

I can still feel the excitement I felt as I waited for this Starbuck's to open, mostly because of where it was. The initial plan was to simply shut it down when it opened. Nevertheless, I have continued to visit the place and have developed sufficiently to know that any new endeavor requires time and practice for growth or advancement, and the team has achieved all. The service at this store is exceptional, and it is a true pleasure to have it in the neighborhood. Just a few of the noteworthy servers are listed here:

They are open on time consistently and very friendly here. Even throughout the pandemic, when staffing was an issue, this location was strong.

They continue to give good service and the gal there the last few mornings has been amazing. Arg! I need to get her name so she can be recognized.

Looking good after their remodel. Can be busy at peak hours, but baristas are always friendly. Parking lot can be crowded at times also.

The manager on duty this morning at 10:00AM turned a disappointing experience into a good one. This past Saturday I placed a mobile order for in store pickup as I was on a very tight schedule. Right when I walked up to the store to come in for my pickup, they locked the doors to the lobby and said to go through the drive thru, which already had 10 cars in it. I had no time to spare and had to leave, and was charged for a drink I didn't get. I came back in today and spoke to the manager about it and she was outstanding, apologized, and after checking my receipt for the Saturday drink, she remade the drink for me without any questions. Very positive attitude. On my way out the door she ran me down to give me a gift card for another drink for my troubles. Outstanding customer service!! I really appreciated it.

I didn't like my drink so I went back in and they went above and beyond to make the situation right. All of the workers were so kind and showed concern about my issue while other stores generally make a deal out of me having an issue in the first place. This is my go to store and I have had great experiences everytime I go.

I don’t write reviews because I don’t care to, but as I’ve been sitting here catching up on work (early in the morning no less), each employee has been cheerfully greeting every customer walking through the door and treating them well (myself included). I’ve seen a few employees walk drinks and food over to customers who sat down to wait as well. For some reason this surprises me, so here I am 😂

Always a warm greeting when first entering this particular establishment. The crew always try to remember their repeat clientele. The manager "Kelsey" inspires her team which is apparent while watching her work her magic behind the counter. I have closer units to my home, but prefer the professionalism here. I recommend walking in to experience first hand.

I love the white chocolate mochas hot or iced. Frappuccinos are delicious and the food is too.

The drive-through girl who just waited on me, is doing three different peoples jobs, and she deserves a raise. . I didn’t get her name but she’s a RockStar!

This location of Starbucks was very well designed and efficient. The staff was extremely friendly and personable. The entire store although it was quite busy was clean and very well stocked. The orders were all made and delivered quickly and made correctly.

Amazing staff and they work so quickly despite the heavy traffic of customers. I've been to different locations of Starbucks but the one here is great! They never mess up my order or leave anyone waiting a long time inside.

They have the best hot tea although my favorite did not come yet this year Joy Tea...hopefully in December, but I tried their peach tea....mmmm It was so good, to me and now, one of my personal favorites! I also like the fact that I can get a large tea for $2.65 with milk and honey. Oh also their oatmeal I love it !! They have a pretty good variety of healthy breakfast and lunch items, and pretty tasty snacks so another big thumbs up👍🏼

I didn't catch the name of the gentleman in the drive thru this morning (Saturday December 5th) but let me tell how he made my day with his positive energy. I love this Starbucks for a few reasons, very close to my house, never messes up my order, and the absolute positive energy the staff has especially in the drive thru. I work in retail and I know most people only take the time to write the bad reviews and I wanted him to be recognized for his uplifting attitude. Thanks again kind sir for putting a smile on my face!

I had a 7am business meeting on Sunday morning and it was nice and quiet. Hooked up to the wifi just fine with minimal lagging the first few minutes. The store is new and bathrooms very clean. It was a nice surprise to find the women's actually had two stalls.

Ordered a cold brew coffee in oversized cup with extra ice, they nailed it! The cashier was very friendly and I didn't feel pushed into buying anything extra. I appreciated the personalized service as they walked my coffee over to me.

The napkin/ creamer station was dirty for it being so slow, and that kind of thing happens. Great coffee shop and quiet in the mornings!

I absolutely love this place. Even when it's super busy the staff works quickly. There's even a drive through for those who don't want to get out (Lazy people like myself). It's upkept, the drinks (mainly coffe based, but with other options) are delicious, and the food options are healthy. However, this is mainly a coffee shop and not a restaurant to eat with your family. This is more of a place to snack with a nice drink, not to have a family meal, so please be conscious of that when visiting.

I remember the anticipation waiting on this Starbuck's to open, primarily because of its location. After opening, the initial thought was just shut it down. However, I have continued to frequent the location and I have grown enough to understand that with any new venture, it takes time and practice for growth or improvement, and the team has accomplished all.
