Went there to buy a machete for the garden and Teddy (big shoutout to Teddy) was phenomenal in helping me find it, inquire about the price match (online price match with Amazon) and definitely with the eventual purchase as he let the cashier know about the price match.

He did walk me through the options available as well and definitely helped me by making visit short quick and to the point. The checkout process was pretty efficient as well and i would highly recommend the store for your H/W needs.

Fastener selection brings tears to my eyes after far too many hours spent at other national brand hardware stores digging through piles of garbage only to find a variety pack made from the lowest quality scrap metal on the planet containing exactly 3 of the fasteners I need in the wrong length that strip half-way through installing them for the first time.

Very organized store. Got 3 things I wanted in a single trip - Grilling supplies, gardening stuff, and home repair tools. Love the friendly staff there.

Although not our "original OSH", it's a lot easier to shop here, than the big box store. Garrett was especially helpful in talking to us, and demonstrating the beautiful Traeger brand smoker's and grills. Hard to find anyone at the depot, let alone someone who can communicate features and benefits when considering a major purchase like a $3k bbq.

I absolutely love this place! I loved it when it was Orchard Supply Hardware and I love it now as Outdoor Supply Hardware! I can always count on them to have an amazing selection of whatever the seasonal items are. Starting with summer furniture and progressing through the year with Halloween, Thanksgiving and the grand finale Christmas! They have a good basic selection of your usual garden variety plants, some house plants and everything you need to get your garden in shape. I like to just browse the indoor aisles for bird feeders, fancy new hoses and all the other garden implements. The rest of the store is great too. I just don't use it near as much. But I will go here to look for those items as well. The staff on hand is extremely helpful.

Good hardware and tool selection. Very similar if not a larger variety of hardware than Johnson lumber in Morgan hill. 3/8 grade 70 chain by the foot. 3/8 grade 70 grab hooks. Variety of surge protectors. Grade 8 lock washers. Big stuff you normally would not find in other places. Better hardware selection that tractor supply in Gilroy.

A very nice hardware store definitely in the mold of the late, great Orchard Supply Hardware.

I want to applause the management and working staff at this stores. All the sections are well labelled with friendly staff to assist customers with their questions. The bathroom is clean, the prices are right, plenty of parking , and amazing staff. BRAVO!

I love this store. It always has what I am looking for in regard to household and gardening needs. Also, the staff is friendly and helpful.

Recently, they went above and beyond for me. I always go here to make extra keys when I need them. Well, on a recent trip there, the automated key-making machine made an error. The key didn't work! That has NEVER happened to me before. I went back, they forged another key. That one didn't work either! While both those duplicate keys looked almost exactly like the original, there was enough of a nuiance that the key would not turn the lock to my door. Well, on my third trip, the staffer who made my last key recognized me the moment I walked through the door and took the key and I straight to an expert -- an older gent who eyeballed the processing of the 3rd key and made adjustments as the computerized, laser-precision machine made that 3rd key. The gent told me that the key should work now and if, by chance, it doesn't, come back and he will make it right. He then gave me his work schedule for the next 24 hours so he could rectify the matter, if need be.

Guess what? The KEY WORKED!!!! Happy dance and thank you OSH for your caring, capable staff♡♡♡

We picked up a gazebo from this store. I interacted with 3 staff members who helped load it up in my car and they were extra courteous. Just an awesome experience, this store is clean and organized. Prices seemed pretty competitive as well.

It's Orchard supply with a different name. This location has the most complete and fully stocked fasteners in the area. The rest of the store is Clean, stocked and well organized. The employees are friendly knowledgeable and helpful. Definitely worth spending time and money at this location to support the store.

Not long ago, I visited this store to buy some mulch and was surprised by the verity of mulch they had. I asked for help and they lady that helped me was so helpful and knowledgeable. She then guided inside and rendered more help about the type of soil for the problem areas in our yard. Amazing service, knowledge and professionalism. From the lady who helped me, to the cashier and the two young men who helped loading my car. We will support this business for all of our household needs.

Staff was very friendly and I was able to find the pots I needed quickly. Overall they seemed to have a good selection of plants and garden items along with other things like outdoor extension cords so I'm sure I'll be back!

I really have to say if you need a bolt, nut, or some weird clip, they probably have it. They have a HUGE selection of the little things at the "workbench". Quick in and out for small things like "grade 8 bolts" and they have all the ace & big box stuff too from garden to plumbing. First stop as always for a quick fix before venturing further for something off the wall. It's my go-to.

We come mostly for its garden center. We've gotten succulents, terracotta pots, flowers, catnip seed, moss, chicken wire, etc. They have lots of beautiful pottery (I like the terracotta and cement pots), and if you're looking for terracotta pots, they tend to have stock unlike Home Depot. Great neighborhood store. Friendly staff. We were looking at some spray paint, and a staff member walking by asked if we would like to get some spray paint. We were just looking to get ideas, but that was nice that there was actually staff that came up to us and asked us instead of vice versa! We like coming here. We highly recommend this store!

A bit pricey, but very nice hardware store. I would come here over the bigger stores any day. Excellent garden selection

Welcome change compared to Home Depot. Imagine a store were even the floors are spotless clean, the shelves are stocked and arranged perfectly and the products are actually where they belong. Plus if you ask for help you get it quickly from competent people.

I am so glad OSH reopened. I realize it’s not entirely the same company, however, it’s almost exactly like the old OSH. It’s saved me several times because they carry things big box stores don’t. I needed O-rings for some sprinklers I bought at OSH 20 years ago. Lowes carries the same ones and I went there first. Nope. I tried Home Depot too. OSH was the only one with a logical wall of drawers with every o-ring imaginable. I also like the ground cover bark they carry more than the big box stores kind, and the price is the same or lower. There are so many things they have that the other stores just don’t have.
