The young guy learning English who appeared to be new at the job in the drive through window (2/16/24 at 11:55 am)
had an INCREDIBLY good vibe, totally passed the vibe check....the kind of person that brightens your day just by talking to them. I hope he keeps his good spirit against all the challenges and i wish him the best in life. My food was pretty good.

Great Jib. Compared to east bay locations. Best tacos vs barely edible stuff from Antioch location. Any location near hwy9 is a great location.

Update: They are much better now. The quality of food and service has gone up exponentially since my prior ill experiences. Quality control seems to have increased and I can happily say it's back to the pleasant experience I've come to expect from alike eateries.

Previous review: I come here regularly and lately it has become very bad service. They charge for extra sauce and every single time forget to give the requested amount and type of sauce. They now have all their prices marked up, some even 33% higher than other locations. The sodas are very watered down. They often give me stail fries and the ones that aren't stail are small burnt ones.

Went thru drive through. First time at this location had such a great experience. Went a week ago February 27th early in the morning. The guy taking my order was fast efficent and polite. Everything was correct and on point and hot and delicious

I liked this location. I stayed to eat there. They are quick and EXTREMELY CURTEOUS. They have an average price point for their restaurant and is comparable to other locations I have been to. Driving/location advisory: This area of California is mostly white, there is much idle traffic and many people are not paying g attention to the lights. Drive safely!

It's a normal Jack in the Box. Been going here every now and again for 10+ years. Never had a problem. Only drive through in town too. They're fast and courteous. I usually go here over McDonalds if I want a quick greasy bite haha

Really tasty burger and fries. Good value too. I changed my order from the standard burger and they got it exactly right. I like that they toast the bun too. Always friendly staff in my limited experience of two visits.

Best Jack in the Box in the South Bay, except for the Chocolate Milk Shake. Milpitas JITB near 680 and Landess has that. Since we have to eat outside now, watch out for the crows, they're really big. They'll make off with your entire Jumbo Jack or what have you, if you leave it unattended, even briefly. Next time I'll get a photo of the two main perpetrators.

Fast, friendly service. Good food. Drive through was clear and my order was correct. Couldn't ask for a better experience.

I had an order of the mini churros and the were absolutely delicious! The drive through was very clear and the service was fast and friendly. I will definitley be back again.

I toke my coupon and got a double double, hamburger with 2 meat patties, fries, and a sprite. I treated myself because I've been so good, and of course my dog was with me, and I share with her!

Friendly service and pretty short lines at the drive thru, usually. Breakfast served all day. Great deals and convenience with the app.

I have never had a mistake from this Jack in the Box. The staff is fast and easy to understand. They are quick and reliable.

Tacos stuffed with meat, cheese and lettuce. Not skinny tacos like other places. Nice guy at the window too. Extremely polite

Lady at the drive thru was very nice and gave us a bunch of ketchup and sauce packs without even asking. Thanks!
