This place is absoulutely TRASH!!!
Took my car to them with promises that they can fix it. yet I paid them and literally still had to get a tow to pick my car out of their shop. Thieves and useless! DONT GO TO THIS PLACE!

Terrible customer service!!!! They dont deserve 1star! Brought my car in at 11am called to pickup at 5pm & my car wasn't even touched. It was moved to the side & all the mechanics had left for the day!! I seriously dont recommend Bates for your car needs unless you plan to stay there all day and make sure the work gets done..complete & right. Even still dont deserve any type of tip! SHADY BUISNESS PRACTICES at Bates!! Brought my car in first thing next day (9am) was told my car would be next after a alignment on a vehicle. Came back at 10:30 & again my car was moved to the side while other customers got serviced.

Rude and unprofessional. Pricey. Please find some other place because this place is not here to help but to rip you off.

Came for a simple oil change and break replacement they stripped the screw and tried to upsell us on a oil pan probably and admitted to our regular guy what he was trying to do when we called him on the phone highly disappointed places like these make me hate trying new auto repair places don’t come here

they are thieves and they will pay for what they did to my car will see theses boys in court soon

Estas personas no arreglan los carros. Nomas cobran y no saben arreglar los carros. Son saca dinero. No vengan aqui. No hacen Milagros pero bien Que cobran. Do not come here unless you want a headache and getting charged for it.
