Nicole was knowledgeable, patient, friendly, courteous and professional. She answered all my questions and gave me the best pricing that she could. She transferred my info quickly and made sure I understood how to use the phone. It was a great experience.

We worked with Kaylee, she was so helped and informative. Kaylee truly helped us through this transition and kept us from traveling to an Apple Store. She fully explained what would happen to our billing and how to use phones. Kaylee was very calm and personable. Nicole helped us pick up our phone after the transfer of information happened . We are truly happy with the service. This was at the Scotts Valley Store!

My "ancient" Galaxy S7 decided suddenly to retire and I was in need of a replacement. This location was open and did not require an appointment. Nicole helped me get everything set up and informed me about promo offers during the process. It was smooth and really helped to lessen the frustration of this process. The world needs more of that.

I had to port a company phone number to a personal number. I also needed a cell phone account and a new cell phone.
I thought it would go easier if I stayed with same cell provider but they weren't helpful. I went to Verizon in Scotts Valley and Nicole set up everything. New account, new phone and ported the number. She was very knowledgeable and explained everything. Very patient and nice. I highly recommend going to Verizon for wonderful customer service.

Kaylee is extremely efficient and smart. She helped me with a previous data issue ive had for years, staff from thiz store have not helped like Kayler has troubleshooting. All three ladies at this store are great! Please not me saying this 5 stars for the other 2 verizon girls at mt hermon rd

I was well taken care of by Micaela. Every question was answered. I went in only intending on inquiring about an upgrade and walked out the store with a new phone and watch!.
Micaela was very professional and exhibited excellent customer service.

Nathan was extremely helpful with setting up my
new phone. The process can be overwhelming but
he was kind, patient, knowledgeable and his
enthusiastic demeanor was very refreshing.
Definitely a difficult job dealing with
impatient/rude people who refuse to understand
technology and take out their frustrations on
employees. He did an excellent job. I hope he's
paid well.

I had a nice visit. I brought in my very old phone and upgraded to a Samsung S20. The clerk, Laila, was pleasant, efficient and really knew her stuff. She took great care to make sure I knew what was going on and explained everything clearly and concisly to me so that I could understand the entire process. Terrific customer care and service! Will go there again for all of my Verizon needs.

This review is for the service we received. Laila, the store manager, was just wonderful to work with. She understood our concerns immediately, and came up with solutions that perfectly fit our needs. She also helped to clarify all plan costs and promotional elements much better than we were able to understand from our MyVerizon account online. She turned the daunting process of switching to a new phone/new cell phone company into a relatively stress-free experience that really made our day!
