Warm & welcoming place for all. Staff are kind, knowledgeable, and quick. Many options of chair types and table sizes. Almost every table has an electric outlet, and the space is comfortable to do work or art at for hours. This is my favorite Starbucks I've ever been to.

Lemme just give u tha TEA! This starbies is literally my favorite in town. The baristas here are such a vibe and no one else hits that iced soy vanilla laté like this one! It's almost always the right color (IYKYK) and tastes so dang good. Def make it a point to go to this Starbucks if you can't go to the other one on Mt Hermon (which is my go to in the AM) thanks for always being so rad y'all!!!

I like dropping in here after a refreshing hike at Henry Cowell Redwoods State Park. Usually for a late afternoon / evening coffee outing I get a smaller coffee and a large hot chocolate. I am getting the best service out here:) The bathroom is cool here with a stylish fancy nightclub designed sink. I washed my hands next to a businessman the other night 👀. :) I’m getting excellent care and quality at these top notch California Starbucks :) ☕🙂

This mama needs her drive through coffee and with kids it is key to have fast service. Love the service and recommendations from the employees here. 👏 Super friendly! I am so happy starbucks added the function to add tip! I am sure a lot of old people rolled over in their Graves seeing the tip function.... lol! But thank you for giving what your employees deserve.

I tend to go here in the mornings, so shout out to the amazing morning crew who I can always count on for a warm welcome, exceptional professionalism, and a drink made perfectly every single time. Y'all are doing a great job!

The people serving make Starbucks what they are. This one is great.

This place is beautiful. Always clean. Partners are always smiling. They seem to handle rush times with ease.....and they seem busy a lot. I very much appreciate how alert they are with customers and their for safety. It's a well managed store I can highly recommend.

I usually have great experiences. I had ordered 6 items and as soon as I got home I saw that one of the food items wasnt in the bag. Instead I got an empty bag that said "out" on it. That really upset me. I do not understand why they didn't just tell me they were out of that item instead of sending me home with an empty bag. It really sucks when you get home and you are looking forward to something and this happens. Other then that, I really enjoy this place. Great Staff for sure..

The place looks so new and clean, I loved the bathrooms sink, it has soap, water and hand drier in one. I'll definitely go here again before going to Santa Cruz Boardwalk next times.

Prices a little high; Nice, Quiet place to write, homework, read, Outside especially appealing with a few comfortable chairs & tables accompanied with pleasant view of an empty lot & nice breeze. Cozy & private
separate spaces provided inside. Some salads & sandwiches
provided for an inflated price. GREAT service!!!, although you MAY need to check on your order, if taking too long!

Great place, good service, and good tasting products. But… their drinks can get really sweet. I barely finished half of it.

The place seems to be pretty neatly kept and the service is always very efficient! It’s a Starbucks, so obviously customer service will vary. Nice place, indeed!

You know exactly what you will get.

They are quick ^^ The drive through screen is often broken baha, but it is nice going through a drive through where there isn't a huge line of confused cars that can't figure out where the queue is.

One of the best Starbucks locations. Generous seating, lots of light, spacious ordering area, good staff, plus drive thru if you want it. I drive out of my way for this one.

Beautiful new store location. Staff is always great, plenty of seating (indoor and outdoor), and comfortable environment. Coffee and merchandise available.
