Customer service at the UPS store was amazing. Thank you, Liz! We were sending my son, who is in the military a package, and realized we did not put the correct address. I returned to the store when they opened the next morning, and Liz was able to locate the package and ensure that the correct address was updated on the package for my son. Thank you, UPS, and thank you, Liz. I highly recommend this place

Amanda is a very good customer service representative for this branch. I appreciated her patience and deliberate style. The UPS Store is clean, organized and very efficient in it's mission.

Very fast and friendly service. They packed a sentimental item for my family and it arrived in excellent condition. They even followed up to make sure everything was delivered correctly. Thanks for taking care of what was important to us.

I've visited this location several times this past year for, Amazon returns mostly, and they always provide great customer service. The employees are pleasant and competent at their jobs. I just left the store today and the man waiting on me said they would take care of the charge for printing a return label I emailed to them for a package, which was really nice. I rarely have a return that requires the store to print a label, and I had my purse on my shoulder ready to leave after I received the tracking info. I totally forgot I was going to need to pay for the printed label, until he said they'd cover it today, even though I had just asked for the cost before I emailed the label in store! ADHD at it's finest, lol....Much appreciated, UPS! 😁

Not just today, but every day. Whatever end of town you’re on, it’s worth visiting this location. Always fast, knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful! Plus, they do all the things! Not only are, they my go to for shipping, they are my go to for printing and personalized cards

Craig and staff helped rescue a package after we discovered the intended recipient was most likely a scam artist! They helped save a family heirloom! You all are the best!

Was in needing FAX help. Two staffers were most excellent. Patient. Calm. Knew what they were doing. Took care of my situation and all walk ins.

I have been going to this store for years and was pleasantly surprised to see it was under the new ownership of someone I had the pleasure of working with years ago. Craig has always been professional and attentive ~ I frequent this location for my Amazon returns and last week called ahead to make sure I could get help with a larger package I’d need help getting out of my car. His staff met me out back, assisted me and got everything taken care of in a timely fashion. They also helped ship an Easter basket overnight for me; when it arrived at the destination, everything was in perfect condition as promised. I definitely will continue to use this specific store for my shipping / returns. Thank you!!

I was hesitant to use this store due to bad experiences with prior management. I was pleasantly surprised walking in to a new owner/ management. 100% recommend. The girls at the counter were friendly and helpful. I love walking in to a business with staff that looks like me. Tattoos, piercings and BEAUTIFUL purple hair. I will be back!

Been in many times and continue to return because have always had any issues resolved quickly and professionally.

I brought in an Amazon return not knowing I needed the original bag to return it in(I never needed that for Returns at kohl’s however this return didn’t give kohls as a return location). They told me i could buy a bag which I tried doing but when I pulled out my credit card, they said $5 minimum for card purchases. I did not have any cash on me and they gave me the return bag free of charge. Great service!

I came in 5 minutes before they closed, and being a restaurant manager, I know how frustrating that can be for employees, however Nola and Lydia were super accomadating and nice, another lady came in as well, the one employee Nola just simply stated to the lady that they were about to close because the lady needed to go out to her car to search for something, however the lady didnt understand that the employee was just helping her because she wanted to make sure the lady was able to return her stuff. Well long story short, the lady threatened to call corporate and her manager and get her fired, I felt it was necessary to write this ecauae I didnt want to see two girls who were doing a fantastic job, to get in trouble just because one lady was hostile, ready to fight and not able to seperate the difference between good guest service snd bad service. Great job by these two young girls!

I wanted to take a minute to appreciate publicly great service! Yesterday went into the UPS store to mail a mug to a friend of mine in Florida. The ladies were very helpful and took good care of me with making recommendations on the best way to ship my package!

Excellent customer service each time I’m in the store I’m greeted with a smile. Amazon‘s returns sometime are not as they state, however the store employees always make it possible for an easy return. ZBEST Customer Servise!
