Nina Mike and Marianne of the pharmacy are so amazingly helpful. They know my whole family and are so friendly. Also a new guy that works I. The store named Reggie is so sweet. He helps me to my car anytime he sees me and always has a kind word.

They're a little understaffed, but that doesn't stop them from being really helpful. I was looking for a somewhat obscure item the other day; woman behind the customer service counter took the time to take me directly there. Never would have found it without her!

This Safeway has become my DMV. There was no line at the Kiosk. In less than five minutes I was done with two vehicles. By the way, they sell great groceries as well.

I went in recently and realized they have a REAL butcher/meat counter! I had a chance to get FRESH ham off the bone from a real person, and not what was wrapped and sitting out (like one on Lincoln) for who knows how long, drying out. They were nice enough to do it for $5 Friday, which gave it a classier feel.

The store was very clean Looking, aisles neat and clearly marked. It was like a Gourmet Marketplace-beautiful.

I'd definitely recommend this as best in this area and it's good to personally go, at times, because, I found a sale on soft drinks, not published in the weekly ads! Also, I noticed that when someone expresses a problem, Management takes the time to make it right, in order to make us feel more comfortable, shopping there..class Act. 🥰👍✌

I'd like to thank Colleen on checkstand #5 for her professionalism and good cheer. It was 4 pm on Friday and the store was crowded. She was quick, efficient and friendly. While helping the customer in front of me, his bag of sugar tore. Colleen was quick to have a staff member fetch a new bag, while keeping the line moving. She greeted me with a smile, asked my b'day (I was buying beer), and wished me "a happy early birthday (it's next week). She was really hustling, but gave everyone her attention and kindness. Thanks, Colleen.

This store is the very life source of the community surrounding it. The only shopping center for at least a mile in any direction. The staff go above and beyond they are the definition of customer service. Thank you all sincerly

This is my neighborhood grocery store. The staff is helpful. There’s a big self checkout section. They’ve blocked off the second entrance and exit. It’s a little annoying lol but outside of that I have no complaints.
I went recently and now you have to scan your receipt for the gate to open and let you leave the store…keep ya receipt it’s the key ha ha

My local safeway. Always very clean and orderly. Staff is pleasant and very helpful. I haven't used the pharmacy much but floral and baked goods always met our needs. It's only been a few times over the past six years they didn't have what I'd gone in to buy. Sometimes they don't have enough check-out lanes open and this can slow you down. If you only have a few items go to the self check.

The Glen cove deli at 5:00 you would expect much slower service as this is the "dinner rush" but the three guys were on point handling business. And polite under pressure...good job guys!!!

The Staff was so polite' The manager Denise saw i had a full cart and helped me out of the store and she took the time to unload all my groceries into my car. I was very grateful for store bring clean and the staff were helpful.

This is my go to the supermarket since I live in Glen Cove, Vallejo. It is a very well stocked supermarket with everything that you could need. The liquor and toiletries are in an area that has its own checkout stations. They do this for security reasons and to avoid shoplifters. The supermarket has Western Union and MoneyGram for international and national money transfers.

This Safeway is the best in all Bay Area!!!! I love their customer service in all departments. If there’s any issues management takes care of it! They have great variety of floral department and roses last long. Starbucks the ladies are very patient and nice attitude. I highly recommend this Safeway it’s clean great employees!!!!!

I often shop here for groceries, and I've not had an issue! Only thing that was confusing was that the canned green beans weren't with the canned vegetables, but maybe that's the case cause I'm unaware of something.

I went to the store with my son-in-law and my grandson and I really like the Safeway because I had a lot of vegetarian frozen dinners there. And Safeway employees were very nice and helpful there as well 👍👍👍👍👍👍

It was actually much better than other Safeway's. Not only was it much kept and was usually expedient. It also had really good options around it which makes the small plaza a great place to try out. Didn't have any problems at all. Usually the only problems you'll encounter are from the customets themselves. Would recommend when going to a Safeway or is one of the best ones to go to in the area!

My favorite local grocery. The produce department is well organized and beautifully displayed. Shelves are always well stocked. The bakery is always ready to help and will special order for holidays and events. The butchers are helpful and accommodating within the bounds of Safeway's guidelines, i.e.; they can grind meat or make special cuts, and the flower department is amazing. The prices are honest the staff always ready to help. The only disappointment I have had is with the deli department where they seem to have an attitude from time to time. Maybe to much customer contact.

Ordinarily, this is my favorite Safeway near me. Tonight's experience was annoying as the checker and bagger carried on a personal conversation, and topped it off by even ignoring my "thank you" as I was leaving, as if I was invisible. Not a happy experience tonight. So for tonight's experience only, I give 2 stars. The store is clean and well stocked--except for the moldy oranges--but overall, it's one of the better Safeway stores.

It's One of the Best Safeway Happenings...! It is very consistent for Me in Products that I've enjoyed for Many Years, even with a Lapse of Top having to Visit this Local! My Thanks& Appreciation for Having what I need...And All Employee's etc. Are Fab in spite of Holiday Overload! 😉
