Hobby Bench (19th/Northern)

Came here a week or two ago while on a trip to Arizona. Service was great, everyone was very friendly. Didn't quite get the name of the guy that I was helped by but he made my visit very enjoyable. Will visit again if I'm back in the area.

A very well stocked hobby store, we found it to be a completely pleasant experience and a very helpful staff.

This is my favorite hobby store in phoenix! Not a whole lot of real hobby shops in Tucson, but it is definitely worth the drive! They have everything, I came to buy a model car (they have a great model car selection) and some other model supplies. If you are coming for a model kit or an rc car, this is the place to go to! Very helpful service, good prices, nice people and a great selection. I recommend hobby bench to anyone who is into hobbies or wanting to get into hobbies. I will definitely come here again!

Very friendly staff, and lots to look at ,many hobbies to get hooked on. In my case rc cars have many brands as Arrma,Traxxas,Axial ,Team Associated, just to name a few. What surprised me they still have old stock replacement parts for discontinued models like a Yeti XL in which I own and brought home extra parts . You never know what you will find there or call them to save the trip ,but might miss out on something that catches your eye. Great place to visit

Cool stuff if you are a model fan. Good selection of models , nice people and they have two stores . A bit pricey but I go there regularly and you can get their products on line also . Recommended.

I love this store! When I was a kid the Hobby bench was one of my favorite stores. My dad took me to this location and I'm glad to see that after all these years they still have not changed. The staff are always friendly and helpful and they always have a well stocked inventory and great selection of products.

Very helpful staff who take the time to work with each customer and address their individual needs. All the staff are happy to help, especially the beginner hobbyist who just got into RC.

They offer a veteran discount of 10% on all items not already discounted.

They also have a very large selection of products in stock.

I loved the variety of children's toys they had here. Good stop for different plays sets you wouldn't find anywhere else! I was interested in what they had for painters... not a big selection, but prices were more reasonable than I thought. Model cars and planes galore! Cool store.

Such a great shop! Thought I’d be spending hefty amounts of money for something fun and durable and slightly fast. Ended up being such a great deal I was and am so happy with my Horizon Hobby Roost Buggy. Very great staff and I’ll definitely be back for more!

We moved from Maui to Scottsdale. There are no hobby shops on the island of Maui. I'm a O scale scratch building so I was in heaven. Got everything I was looking for. Thanks you have a new customer. Don

I love going to this place. As an older feller I like to see all the cool new "toys" whenever I get to come here. I took my kiddos (5 & 7) for the first time and they loved it. I've been coming to this place for years, and they still accept my discount card from over a decade ago!
And the service is awesome every time.

Best hobby store in the central Phoenix area.... great selection of supplies in many different categories: RC, plastic models, trains and more. Friendly help from knowledgeable employees.

They were recommended buy my son's teacher for items for a swamp diorama for his science class. How did I not know they were there? We found nearly everything we were looking for and a lot of stuff were weren't. If your looking to avoid the corporate owned hobby shops support this shop. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly and there's a lot of neat stuff.

I used to go to this place over 20 years ago for my crafting needs! It's great to still see it around. They have a good variety. I was looking for some grown up Coloring books. They had a decent selection. I will be going back for sure.
