Went a couple of times - the gentleman at the counter was very friendly and helpful (I wish I knew his name). Even though they could not provide one of the services I was after, he guided me to the right place. Very impressed with the friendliness and honesty.

My brother usually comes here to exchange oxygen and ace tanks but today I went and what a great experience. The gentleman who helped me was so helpful and pleasant to talk to. During the whole process we chatted and laughed. Very friendly and customer service was just perfect. Highly recommended.

Awesome suggestion to use dry ice pellets for Halloween.

I just went down and picked up my dry ice " pellets". Perfect for my fog machine and any other Halloween fun. Mark answered the phone, helped me when I purchased my dry ice when I got there. What a wonderful kind and thoughtful man he is. The other guy's working in there wouldn't even say hello or acknowledge my presence in the store. Complete jerks. Call or ask for Mark if you go there. The other two can do a face plant on some broken glass. Odd way to run a business since I want to get a small welder for my home. I will purchase it from Home Depot or any other store but from them. The five stars are for Mark.

As a newbie welder, the thought of a welding supply store was pretty intimidating. My experience with Alliance was stellar, and I will definitely be coming back. These guys are extremely helpful--no condescension. Prices were competitive with the web, and the advice saved me a couple hundred bucks on a helmet.

This place is awesome. If you need ANYTHING for welding this is the place to go. Very friendly and helpful employees. They went way out of their way to get the welding machine I wanted. I highly recommend.
