Goodwill - Redwood Empire

After several visits, this place is reliably an enjoyable visit. It is always clean and organized and workers are friendly. I would expect a larger selection of merchandise considering how much is regularly donated however I suspect they trade quantity for cleanliness. I definitely recommend this location. They also have some of the best donation drop off hours in the area.

Store is always clean and orderly. Mauricio, young man always welcomes folks as they come in and helps with any questions you may have. Really enjoy my experience when shopping here.

I found this Goodwill to be particularly well sorted, well priced, items gently used and definitely an array of gems to be given a 2nd life. Well done, Goodwill - Redwood Empire! Your managers should be proud!

This is the smallest and best Goodwill I’ve ever been to! Seriously! All staff I’ve encountered are super friendly and acknowledge you when you enter and as you shop. They keep the store tidy, everything is super organized and the flow of the store is easy to navigate.

I’ve found some really cool T-shirts, books, random house Knick knacks and arts and crafts stuff. Pricing is also reasonable.

Always a pleasure going to this store. The customer service is kind and helpful. The store itself is clean, organized and decorated according to seasons. The result of the employees constantly doing a fine job. Darci, is one of the employees, that makes the shopping experience feel like being in a small town store.

I think this store is amazing. Yes some things are bit high, but that's because there nice items. The staff here is awesome and extremely helpful, which is more than I can say for some stores!

I’m always finding good quality items here. The staff is friendly and the store is never a mess. I live close to the Napa one and honestly I haven’t been in there because the American Canyon one is amazing. I’m worried I would be disappointed. This location really cares about repurposing and recycling donations.
