I went in looking for a collar for our new pup. I didn't bring the pup with me (my mistake). I was pleasantly surprised to find out all the collars are custom made to order while you wait! I was able to pick the color and style...and size (this leads to my mistake of not bringing said pup). I left the store with a beautiful collar in under 20 minutes. Once I got home I realized the collar was too big. I took it back and the owner gladly resized it to fit without hesitation! I was shocked! The shop is stocked with wonderful foods, toys, and treats, and beautiful birds! It's by far my favorite pet store.

Love Lisa and the shop. Her craftsmanship is amazing, and she pre-orders our dogs food. This is a genuine rating unlike the no-comment reviewers.

First time in the store today, definitely won't be the last. Loved the quaint selection and friendly atmosphere with roaming animals. Time for some new handmade collars!
