Saks The Company Store

Nicole and her staff are wonderful! I have been there many times, and the drawings to get in are more than fair. It is tough controlling the crowd and keeping everyone safe, but Nicole knows how it's done! You can't make everybody happy. I found some great deals here. Highly recommend!

I see all of the complaints. Perhaps Saks will move back to Maryland where their customers appreciate less expensive couture.

Well, a day again shopping at the Saks Company Store! Finest store for great prices! We bought so much for our family, as always. Hats off to Nicole amazing person as the manager! Clean, neat, and organized this establishment. Also, friendly workers!

I have traveled to this store many times and my review is not so much for the management and employees who I find are doing their best in a chaotic environment. Some of the customers can be horrific as seen by the insulting, raceist and ageist reviews on this site! I'm appalled by the fact that someone who does not have the luck of the numbers elicits this kind of vitriol. Perhaps this Karma is the reason?

The staff and manager are absolutely amazing. They have to deal with hoards of people acting crazy on a daily basis. All of those criticizing management should try a day in their shoes. I see reviews stating that they are too strict and others that feel there is not enough being done to control the masses. You can't make everyone happy. All I can say is that I'm impressed with the patience and restraint on the part of staff and management. The low ratings should be directed towards out of control customers. As for Nicole and the team, they are top notch!

I am a frequent customer that purchases items for my own personal use. Nicole has ALWAYS been professional, courteous and friendly to me. And I've never seen her be anything but polite to even the most rude customers. Unfortunately, most of the customers are selfish vultures looking to make a quick dollar reselling on eBay. I've seen people hide items, run for items, and get in verbal disputes over items. The fact of the matter is, there will always be more potential buyers than items available on a given day. No matter when the store opens, who is admitted first, or what time of the day items are put out, the majority of the buyers are not going get what they want because there is much more demand than supply. People need to realize this is not a wholesale store and they need to stop feeling cheated when they don't get their way. If you want to make a living selling merchandise, then open a business and buy directly from the supplier. You are not going to make a living reselling from the Saks Company Store, so stop acting like children and blaming Nicole.

Nicole, the manager is the consummate professional and REALLY demonstrates a great deal of constraint when requiring shoppers to adhere to the rules of making the shopping experience a positive one for everyone! It appears that some folks think the rules don’t apply to them. I have the highest respect for this store manager and LOVE shopping here!✅

What fun! Who knew a place like this was in Wilkes Barre? Line up, get your number, listen to the rules, wait for your number to be called. They actually take them seriously and will kick you out if you don't follow them. I got some great deals!

Always a buy here at Saks store! Never walk out empty handed, something for everyone! Nice people work here! 👍 Also, we love Nicole at the store so friendly!

So I never write reviews but after hearing some of these I had to chime in. Yes, a lot of the clothes are beyond repair but if you have any knowledge of Italian brands and want to find an amazing piece with a small blemish for an unreal price this is the place! I recently purchased and MSGM shirt with a small blemish and a LOT78 shirt and a pair or Robert Cavalli sneakers that had no imperfections that I can see for under $60! The price of that at retail would have been over $400! You have to know your Italian sizes and be familiar with the brands but it’s so worth it if that’s what you are into!

As to the employees, and this is mainly why I am commenting, I’ve been treated with nothing but kindness and respect there. They are both courteous and helpful so I can’t understand all the negative comments. I’ve only started shopping there recently so maybe it was former employees that everyone is referring to?

This is by far my favorite store! Every day is new at saks with new merchandise. Nicole the manager I s absolutely sweet and approachable, there are rules for a reason (safety and to make sure everyone has a chance at items). And if you want the high end items make sure you get their when the place opens.

Love this place! Great deals! Nicole, the manager, is awesome! She is always super friendly, making sure the customer is happy with their purchases!

My daughter, son & myself have gotten some nice things from SAKS Wilkes Barre before the Covid19 thing. Hope to go again soon & get LUCKY! It can be hit or miss, but when you hit-it is a really fun experience.It is always a great time to see all of the other shoppers searching & finding their treasures.
