This particular location has a great curbside system when they're busy. Store is kept pretty clean and employees are great.

Be sure to catch the back to school supply sales in the summer. Huge display, great prices, so I love stocking up on office supplies while the sales are on. Check out the Post-It school bus. Makes me want to be a kid again!

Love our local Target!! The pharmacy people always are helpful and patient. The store is well stocked and clean. Management makes it easy to do hassle free returns and the pickup process is run like a well oiled machine. Love to love at the Simi Valley, Cochran street Target!!

Ok parking w sum disabled parking as well.. Good store moderate volume of people.. yes they sell groceries there too..

I really like the curbside pick up option. Most of my shopping is done through the app and I pick it up curbside.

A Target customer for 40+ years, because of a store that values their customers. Always great customer service and quality merchandise at great prices! A one stop store for every thing from soup to nuts AND furniture, clothing, groceries, etc! We LOVE Target. Never disappointed.

customer service at the electronics section was outstanding. shout out to Steven V for the help! had a little inconvenience before checking out and he made it clear it was no problem to him ✊🏽👍🏽. definitely deserves a raise or a form of appreciation of some sort:))

The Target drive- up feature is one of the most convenient services I have ever used. I discovered this app while we were in quarantine, and I have continued to use it about once a week. The customer service at the Simi Valley Target is outstanding. They are friendly, accurate with my order, and quick to bring out my items. Thank you for this service!

We went into target yesterday and we usually do not go through self check out. We did this time and Thomas was working. He is by far the best I have ever met in customer service. He went above and beyond his job duties and helped us. Walmart could learn a few things by the way target trains their employees. I mean I love target anyways but having employees who truly love working with the public and wanting to be there makes a huge difference for us as customers.

I had the most wonderful experience with the Target online pick up service. I was sick and late for a wedding. I ordered my gifts online, they had them ready for me in just a few minutes, I picked up a beautiful wedding gift bag and was on my way. The staff was wonderful and I did not have to wait in line AT ALL!!! Great job love this service

I appreciate the ease of ordering online or through the app and picking up items in the parking lot. Staff who bring out the order do so promptly and always take time to say hello (from a safe distance). It's such a relief for me! If you haven't tried picking up in the parking lot, give it a try! You don't need to turn off the engine or step outside of the car -- just relax while your items come to you and are loaded in the car for you, then drive off.

I’m impressed with Target’s usefulness during COVID times. I hadn’t used the drive up service before always to go in and browse a bit, but Target has captured more of my shopping dollars than any other store during this time. The ability to drive up, have the items put in the trunk of my car, and then leave them there a day or two before getting them out has been super convenient. I just wish they would do this for more grocery items and alcohol!

When I went to Target last week I was pleasantly surprised. If I asked a question of the employees they all answered my questions and they all had smiles on their faces They seemed happy to be working at Target The store also seemed clean and organized. Nice surprise!!

Our checker was named James and my niece and I went through his line separately - he was extremely kind and helpful and it really made a difference in our shopping experience

It the beginning of the holiday shopping and black friday and all employees were so very helpful and kind during the beginning of this busy shopping season

Target has everything you need at low cost van great products. Love the fact that you use the red card and get 5% off your total, plus if item is 5% to 15% off in cartwheel it's like a coupon which is great.

Mirian helped me at self checkout and was the most amazingly kind person. She made our trip wonderful. I had a few things I needed help with and not once did she make me feel like a inconvenience. She helped me with everything I needed and was so super friendly and nice. Thank you Mirian.
