Safeway

Store was extremely clean which made it easier to shop and Locate Items faster. The produce at the Safeway looked immaculate, Incredibly high quality. Prices get even better if you are a Safeway club member. If you're not a club member just ask for a club card at the customer service desk.

So I walked into the Safeway, pregnant and hungry and crying, unable to make decisions and having really very bad day, and I asked this young man at the Deli (4pmish sunday december 3rd) if he could make me a sandwich, and he walked me through the process and made me feel like I wasn't in the most embarrassing situation I could remember. He cared for me with dignity and kindness and made me the an amazing, high quality sandwich. I didn't remember all the words for what I wanted (I think my blood sugar was low) and he knew all the details to help. I hope this young man has all the most wonderful things that he could want as he goes through life. Thank you for making me feel accepted.

Place is kept clean. Large store. Good sales products. Take out deli provides good selections. Notice they removed red box machine from indoor

Say what you will, but these guys will help out when in a clutch. We lost our wallet here, and didn't realize until like 45 minutes later. We came back to the store, notified the employees and they were right on it. 5 employees were immediately active and ready to help. The manager Arianna was the one who found it originally and we are very thankful.

Everyone that works there is very outgoing amd eager to help. The floral section and produce section amd also the bakery are always well put together. At every checkout or exchange with employees here I always enjoy the conversation and warm interaction. Especially when I bring my 2 year old son in the store, the employees are always so sweet and friendly towards him. The isles are always well put together and the employees are knowledgeable when I cant find something.

I love the employees here SO MUCH. They are so genuinely friendly and there have been many times where I've gone in there having a bad day and by the time I leave I'm in a whole different mood. Everyone deserves a pizza party. 😉 Thx for all you do!

Quite a few different items at this location vs F.G. store. Shelves were well stocked. Nice produce selection. Store was clean and well lit. Also had crispy tostada flat shells.

Just want to thank the manager of the store and the produce man for being very kind when my son was having a massive temper tantrum this afternoon while I shopped. It’s a small thing but it means a lot in a society where mothers are always judged. The produce man tried distracting my sun by bringing him banana and to my daughter though she was fine. I have snacks with me all the time. Thank you again for being understanding

This is our families go to grocery store and we are very happy with this location. The pharmacy serves all of our normal needs very well but deserve praise for going above and beyond to find a chewable version of one of our medications. In addition, I've had excellent experiences with sales staff. Once they searched and retrieved ice cream cones for my daughter. What makes it notable is this was during a remodel where the stock was trapped in the back room so the associate climbed over boxes to get waffle cones for a little kid. Thank you Good Sir! Another time I left a bag at the checkout and an associate ran out and got it to me before I drove off. It was my fault I left the bag behind so for a cashier to stop what they are doing and run a bag out to the parking lot to look for me was incredibly kind and appreciated. It's a standard Safeway in regards to what products it offers but staffing wise from the Pharmacy to the Sales Staff they are fantastic. I easily can recommend this location. An added bonus is there is a Dollar Tree and a Target in the same development so it's one stop shopping in many ways.

Good drink selection, the front doors wouldn’t fit a full size mini van through or accommodate a school bus unless the school bus was really small like the size of a smart car.

We went to Safeway to recycle bottles and cans! We usually are able to get to the machine's in little time,and get our money.

I have shopped here for over 17 years. I have gotten to know a lot of the employees there. I have seen them go from stocker, cashier, dept. mgr, supervisors, asst. mgr to store mgr. Lol. They have always been friendly and helpful. Including the new employees.😊

My favorite place to get Chinese food in Hillsboro, I have been trying many different places but Chinese food from safeway to me...
Is like no other.
Also, the service to check out less than 3 people in line that's means they really care about my valuable time.

It's always clean and friendly, the employees always remember me. I really have to say, they have the best meat in the state, it's always fresh and wonderful
Even the lower cost meat is better than the most expensive cuts in other stores. Their produce is fresh and just lovely.

They have finally hired some new people who seem to care about their customers. The prices now seem to ring up right at the register most of the time, where they never did before. The isles are nice and clean and they have a good selection as well. When I see David working, he is always polite and helpful which is a nice change too. If I can't find something, he will go find it for me, and he always seems to have a smile on his face. It's nice to see some new workers there that seem to be more happy than before. Thank you David for your help every week. I don't dread stopping in there every week now on my way home...It is finally a pleasant a place top shop...

The lady in the deli was extremely helpful in my order of a sandwich platter for a party. She got me a great deal and went above expectations to help me pick exactly what I needed. Everyone loved them. I wish I would have caught her name so I could give her recognition. She had a thick accent. Will definitely be coming back for future parties.

I am giving 5 stars because the Pharmacist I dealt with was amazing! Vicki Chandler took the time to educate me on the vaccine she gave to me, while working by herself with no help. I can't believe she can do everything alone and be that good. I hope they don't make Pharmacist work alone often. Thank you again Vicki you're the amazing!

Always clean, not too busy. I shop the deals and usually save more than I spend.

I come here to remember the old days when I'd enjoy the freshness and satisfactory state of sanitization found in their restrooms. Its comforting to know that they're still in that same condition, ripe for those mornings when I have a big log stopping up my butt and I need to let loose with the rectal mud

Always super nice staff who all deserve raises, more hours and the best health insurance working so hard during the Covid19 Pandemic. My community grocery store is always here for me. Late at night the clerks will carry out your groceries for FREE and make sure you get safely into your car. Albertsons staff are generous, friendly, amazing.
