Today's Word
You may have heard that it takes six seconds to make a first impression. Most people don’t realize how many times they look at someone and instantly decide if they’re going to like them or not. The Scripture says that man looks at the outward appearance of others while God looks at the heart. You can’t see a person’s heart as He can, but as Jesus said, you can look beneath the surface. You can take time to get to know someone who might look or act differently than you. Don’t just write someone off because they don’t measure up to your standards. You never know how God will use that relationship in your life.

Jesus said, “Whatever you’ve done to the least of these, you’ve done to Me.” In other words, when we make quick judgments about people, it’s as if we are making quick judgments about God. Don’t fall into that trap. Instead, look beneath the surface. Look for the good in others, find some common ground, and watch God bless you with new friends you never imagined.

Need to make some changes to auto pay and Blaine was so very helpful

A guy named Blane?(I think was his name?) helped me out so much! I don't know much about phones but he was very informative and let me know everything I needed to know! He got me the newest IPhone and a case with AirPods! I love it!

I went in to the store with two different issues. One with my watch and one with a phone. Blaine was awesome and set my watch up and fixed my phone. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend him!

After two attempts to purchase a new phone and transfer an existing number online, I went in this store and Whitley (sorry if misspelled) was excellent. I have and will continue to recommend doing business with this location. Pleasant experience and I will certainly go back as opposed to pursuing the on-line route again.

My daughter has had an identity theft issue which has driven her crazy. We went in the Clanton AT&T store and the store manager patiently helped us with her account. She worked with us two hours (and 17 minutes were after closing time). She didn’t quit until all was clear. We went back the next day just to confirm info and pay the bill. She was genuine! Great store and employees: take your business there!

We had such a great experience there today. My daughter received a phone as a gift. Went in to the Clanton locationget her service switched. Somehow the transfer messed up once we left. We went back and Blaine helped us restart the process and even wanted to make sure the process was successful before we left so we didn’t have any further problem. He was extremely helpful and kind.

I have been having trouble with connectivity in my room for months now, and AT&T phone support could not find any issues in our area. So now I’m trying to troubleshoot for myself. After doing research online I’m thinking about getting another router so call the Clanton store to see if there are sold there. Whitney answers my call and answers all my questions with enthusiasm and great customer service. She also recommends a solution to the issue which was similar to one she has seen in her own home. I felt extremely satisfied after the kind discussion she had with me even though they were questions meant for technical support.

Blane Williams helped me today with a stolen cell phone. He was wonderful! We had to follow several steps. Thank you for sending him to the Summit AT&T! ~a happy customer

I went into At&T today because I was having issues with my new iPhone 7+. I really was not looking forward to going because my experiences at most other AT&T stores have been fairly poor - long waits, subpar customer service, and too many gimmicks. However, today, I was met with an incredibly huge smile and a received stellar help from a young man named Brandon. He was extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond what I would expect from any associate. He was extremely friendly and respectful to both my husband and me, and he went over the top to make sure we were satisfied with the service we received. This young man should absolutely be in management. He is intelligent and knows how to talk to people. He said he was 19 years old, and showed himself to be more knowledgeable of this business than anyone I have met twice his age. So happy with my experience!

I went into the store to inquire about a hotspot for my streaming services and I spoke with Blaine. From the moment I walked in the door I was comfortable and every sales associate was willing to help in any way. Blaine got me the hotspot and I even found out I can get a tablet for 99cents with a 2 year plan. So glad I chose At&t.... They are now my phone, tablet and internet people....

Stopped one today to fix a problem with numbersync on my Gear 2. Though it took a few, definitely not Yennifer's fault! She's been fighting the good fight to get everything worked out! Highly recommend this location for any problems you might have with AT&T, or if your looking for a new service plan!

Helpful, patient, and understanding, I had issues that really was upset me, they assured that they would do very best to help me, I explained my concerns and they, we're so helpful, I was crying when I got there and when I left, I was just without worrying and felt someone cared about my feelings, as I asked people close to me for help with my device, and was blown off, so thank you AT, T of Clanton!😊
