Very helpful and friendly staff members especially the tall black gentleman with glasses who whenever you walk in exudes a positive energy around him and he’s extremely friendly and goes above and beyond. Such a nice personality I had to leave a review just for him. I hope this review reaches him and influences a pay raise for him because of the friendliness that he exhibits and CVS should take care of people like him because he gives an extremely good reputation to CVS and it would be sad to see him let go or leave because he doesn’t get a high enough pay.

CVS Pharmacy on Franklin is a large well stocked and well managed pharmacy in Sacramento. They have a huge selection of many items that you can use every day. The staff are well trained, curteous, and professional. The CVS has selections of all sorts of items, plus seasonal items. They have Halloween items on deep discount because it's over, and they are bringing out Thanksgiving and Christmas items.

In the pharmacy, they have COVID-19 home test kits behind the front counter for purchase.

Arrived for a vaccination, and it was quick and painless! Lots of Easter stuff out on the floor.

Good overall service Everytime I've been there. Good and friendly staff and stores clean. Make up dept is sparce but have a few things... But I live by this store so I go there misc stuff now and then and pharmacy items... Never had a bad experience. Always very courtious.

I don’t post anything on here but I think I have to say something about the CVS on Franklin and that is the only thing that is true. They are all trying their hardest to make it the best possible experience for their customers.

I go there to get what I need. Everyone who works there are always friendly. If your searching for something and they see you, they ask if you need assistance. Plus, the store is always clean and well stocked.

Efficiency is my concern, and they are definitely efficient and follow health and safety guidelines, providing knowledgeable consult and faster than average turn time. I recommend this pharmacy also provided good customer service.

Honestly, this store deserves a shout out. The employees here have more patience than the Dalai Lama; there is a rather rough clientele that can be seen here and the staff always has a smile on their face. Clean, kept, stocked and friendly staff. Good work!

I love this CVS! They have a good selection in cosmetics, and have a Fabulous fragrance wall, soon to be refreshed and updated, hopefully mid August 2021.

Huge size CVS store from inside and out very convenient location with so much of parking spaces. Every product you would expect to buy from the CVS store you would find it here
