CVS

Shout out to the CVS on Folsom. CJ, and other staff in the pharmacy department, went above and beyond their job description to ensure I received my meds. Because we are visiting, my Rx were sent to the CVS closest to our home address and refilled there. After spending time on the telephone calling everyone including my MDs office to ensure I would receive the meds, we determined that a visit was required to see what could be done. The staff made an effort, yet the Rx was not part of their standard inventory. It was obvious that we were going to have to wait. Even nmy MD office’s was not helpful because they were closed for the holidays until Monday.

I know, why did I wait? The previous month the Rx refill went smoothly. This month not so much. I walked out empty-handed. Within 15 minutes, CJ called to inform me that she found a CVS pharmacy on Fair Oaks that had my meds. Could we go there to pick it up. Of course we did.

We appreciated all the work that this team did to make our day, refilling my Rx. Thank you CVS pharmacy staff for the extra effort performed.

Many thanks to the pharmacist, Yvonne! She graciously talks through each vaccination before administering it, and she has such a generous spirit.
The people who work at this store are consistently kind and helpful! Oliva, the store manager, is awesome. She dealt with CVS corporate on my behalf when I struggled to get someone on the phone to help me. The corporate line was a joke - I received a long, automated message on why I need an emergency bracelet (I'm only in my 50s) and then was transferred to Direct TV.

Love this location because it has a large parking lot and never seems full. Its easy to find what you need as well. I missed getting my mom a mothers day card because i was travelling and they had already cleared the shelves but went in the back and brought out a good sized box to pick from. Saved my life and mothers Wrath!!!!

CJ was all business when I needed to transfer my perscription and got me in and out in no time. I greatly appreciated her fast and professional service.

I love them for quick drugstore products, however would recommend the rite aid for pharmacy.

I like this store they have everything that you need and its quick and easy to get in and out. Plus I like their photo station.
