No lines when I dropped in and I found that the staff are eager to help!

Front lady at the desk was extremely nice and it only took about two minutes for them to find the package that they tried to deliver to my house and I was not home I just came to the door number and that was it and my ID I'd highly recommend this place if you're out by Airport Road especially for how fast the service was how nice they were and they actually have boxes for every type of thing your shipping very impressed and very professional

It's a small store, but the service is very good and the mail is sent out quickly.

No complaints here! Its easy to drop off packages that I prepaid and printed thr labels for. If you dont do it at home the line can be a little lengthy but that's the landscape at any shipping place nowadays. They also have printing services if you happen to be in a bind.

I just wanted to say thank you to the delivery drivers no the individuals who have always gotten my deliveries to me on time and placed where I can easily bring it into my lil place and for just the overall care that is put into why they do. My dogs KNOW when their Chewy box is here and get so excited! So, I’d like to also say to the drivers that they’re not vicious just happy to see you! They don’t bother to even move a muscle when the other deliveries come here but they sure are happy to see FedEx! Thank you.

Breanna was totally awesome today! She helped me with shipping my packet of paperwork and a simple 'form' I needed completed. I had been to several other locations with the same request to no avail. She saved the day and restored my faith in human kindness. I can't thank her enough for being so awesome!!!

Convenient to my location. I had to send in my galaxy s10 for the trade in and Samsung specified that I don't put it on a drop box. The woman at this facility took my parcel and gave me a tracking verification.

This place is pretty decent as far as the FedEx shipping centers go. I do prefer the one of Airport as it is not as busy but they are also smaller. While there was a line and a wait FedEx did the best they could to move through quickly. Masks and social distancing is strictly enforced.

Very convenient. Right there at the airport in Redding. Best way to ship a package. Very friendly and helpful staff. The place is easy to find. Great staff and great parking. They are very helpful to their customers. They get five stars
