Staff were great and my drink came out perfect.

Other than not having bathrooms for the public, it's the same Starbucks experience. Fast service, great coffee, and friendly staff. I like adding my own creamer to the coffee and during this Civid-19 BS, that's been difficult to find at certain Starbucks. However, at this particular Starbucks, the lady filled a short cup with half and half creamer and for the three coffees we ordered, it was just the right amount. Kudos!

I don't go to Starbucks much but maybe I should start going a little bit more. The atmosphere of this little coffee shop was great it doesn't scream giant coffee chain to you it feels just right. I really liked the drinks they were made fast in the people are super friendly the prices were also reasonable.

These guys are so sweet! I love that they are willing to take a minute to answer my questions and with such joy! (I was wondering about the content of caffeine in a few drinks) And they always have a joke of the day up in the drive-thru...ask the baristas what the answer is! 😄

Update: I love how they go out of their way to help their customers! This last week my car battery died while I was inside. No one had any jumper cables to help out so one of the baristas ended up calling her husband to come to the rescue! Way above and beyond for both the staff and her husband! Thanks everyone!

Drove through with a pretty complex order and the person taking the order was an unphased pro. My order was ready when my turn at the pick up window came around. All the drinks were made as requested and delivered with a smile. Will be back.

Stopped by this Starbucks on our road trip and we are glad we did. The lady taking our order was friendly and nice! She walked our food to us when it was done heating up! A barista named Jrod behind the counter made friendly conversion with us as he made our drinks. Seems like an especially awesome team!

Great early morning stop-off. The first Starbucks in a long time to actually put out a HOT cup of coffee without having to ask for "extra hot." Most of them have been "slightly-warm" and need to be heated up in the microwave before consumption. Thanks for doing it right guys!

We always stop at this location on our way back home from visiting family. They are very nice, and the drinks are made perfectly every time.

It was awesome-even though they were Extremely busy everyone was kind. Had a great conversation with a few customers while we waited for our drinks. It was a good thanksgiving!

Tonight I ordered something different and I found a secret menu item that was keto. I didn’t quite know how to order it correctly as some of the recipe had been discontinued. The young man was so patient and so nice who took my order. When I got to the window I was informed by a female, I believe was the manager that not all the items in that recipe were keto and asked if I would like it to be 100% keto. I said yes and she right away let me know that she was going to do everything she could to make it taste good and to be keto. They both were so nice and so sweet to me and didn’t seem annoyed at all over my obnoxious order.

Although this location's drive-thru is sometimes very busy, the great, friendly attitudes help ease the wait. The delicious pesto turkey panini definitely made my day as well. ;)

Love there coffee and very friendly staff. Good food too. Way less crowded than every other coffee shop.

Great service! My husband and I aren't too familiar with the the frapucchinos there. The barista really knew his drinks,and descriptions of them. We found one we loved!

They always have a great smile and give you a free drink of your choice on your birthday.

Good service. Even though I was the 6th vehicle in line I got my order quickly. My favorite drink is the white chocolate mocha.

I love the Anderson Rhonda Rd Starbucks!! Everyone is so polite and most of them have my very difficult drink memorized. 5 stars every day 😄

Even tho it was busy got my drink pretty quick. Staff was friendly. Bathroom was clean. As well Stephanie was super informative when I asked a questioned even tho it was busy.
