Great place to stop and eat after a long hike. Food was good and service was great!

The best burger and fries I’ve had in a long while! Glad to find this sweet place just off the I-5 Highway while traveling from Oregon. Generous portion of hot, crispy fries, not at all greasy. Hamburger done just right with nice slices of tomato, red onion and crisp iceberg lettuce leaf. Strawberry milkshake. Local ranch beef according to their sign. The 3 middle aged ladies behind the counter are great. Seemed like a lot of local folks eating here today. Friendly, super efficient and so kind. I’ll be back .

Absolute gem of an establishment! The burgers were cooked perfectly, the fries were top 10, and the employees were down to earth and kind! Definitely recommend visiting here!

Everything you want and more from an old fashion burger joint. Fries, burgers, shakes all 5 stars! We travel to and from California & Oregon a lot, and this is a staple stop on the journey! Stop going to fast food places, they are always disappointing, Bartles is the best!!!

The best and only place you can get a rare burger cause the quality and freshness cannot be matched any where else.

Homemade taste, fresh ingredients, nice and Big, great bun . Beef is good quality for sure but they don't sear the meat , only complaint. I still eat there often, best burger in Anderson, oh, almost forgot, don't call during a rush or you will most likely get left hanging for 10 minutes or forgotten about completely.

Good burger and amazing grilled onions! Very friendly staff. Their bathrooms are also very clean.

A very good, no-frills burger. Good fries, good prices, good service by the ladies. The interior decor is stuck in the 80's which creates a bit of a nostalgic vibe. There is outdoor seating. What else could you want?

Absolutely love Bartels Giant Burger! They have the best hamburgers & french fries as well as their polish dogs. They are always so friendly & they've got some of the best funnies posted on their walls. All around just a phenomenal place to go sit down & eat or take it to go.

Bring the kids to experience a true hamburger meal.
Indoor seats are available. Outdoor seating tables are in a semi covered area that is in shade most of the time.
There is always plenty of parking.
This is an older building, so wheelchair accessiblity inside is limited, but staff is always willing to help make accommodations.
You can call in an order for pick up too.

Nice employees very respectful. Outdoor seating is available as well as phone orders and they can bring your order to your vehicle

As you can see by their many, many, many positive reviews, this place is burger heaven. So good, I am getting hungry just writing this review. Make sure you get the fry sauce!

Good pure simple ingredients made to perfection. Stop in at any of the locations very consistent. Reasonably priced. Lunch time can be busy. Call ahead if you're rushed.

Super friendly women cooking and taking orders, burger was great but may try medium well next time (they cook them well unless you ask for something different) fries are crispy and shoestring thinner type, yummy fry sauce, will save room for a malt next time :) Friendly safe atmosphere.

Chocolate malts are to die for. The ladies there are so nice.
