Excellent experience! I went through the drive thru late tonight and the crew working this shift delivered exceptional service. Each of the three gentlemen that I interacted with were extremely pleasant and fulfilled my order with smiles and enthusiasm. There was a slight confusion with my order at first but it was quickly addressed; probably the fastest than any other time I have had an order mix up at a restaurant. I hope management provides these employees with incentives for the work they do because they deserve it. The order was fast, hot, and fresh. Thank you to these people working tonight.

Super fast. No hassle good and hot Mexican food and super friendly employees! Always have a smile for you and plenty of taco sauce and napkins!

Don't eat fast food often. But when I do, I like to get the Nacho bell grande with the chips on the side... keeps them from being soggy.

The breakfast crunch wraps are delicious ;) I buy 6 at a time and divide them with 2 Brother's so we get 2 each for breakfast sandwiches ;)

So I've been to tons of Taco bells. This one wasn't very busy when I went but my food literally took like 2 minutes! It was very clean at lunch as well. I hope they keep it up.

While I wasn't impressed by the new crispy chicken sandwich taco, the burrito they put in the box made up for it. You might love it, just not my thing. The customer service I received at the drive through is the reason for the 5 stars. They were energetic, friendly, professional, and happy. Most importantly, they got my order right. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Sometimes they mess up your order but other times they're pretty good at what they do. It just depends on the time of day and how busy they are.

Probably the best location in Shasta County. Employees are always very nice. They do mess up orders sometimes but are happy to fix issues, check your bag before leaving the drive thru.

Super fast service! You have to try the chicken salsa verda burrito or the quesadilla with green sauce instead of the regular creamy jalapeño sauce or whatever they call it. Aside from the Mexican pizza these are the best 2 items on the menu.

I drive here all the time at night I always get the most outstanding service from these people...ALWAYS! They always go up and beyond normal expectations...

Tonight there was the most rude customer and the women handled it with such grace and remaind so calm while he was being completely Demeaning! Anyway I’m not one to review fast food restaurants but these guys definitely deserve it! Thank you!

I don't know who hired these three and made the executive decision to put them all in the kitchen together... But, damn. Such professionalism and courtesy and providing of food that I have ever received from this establishment. You three are amazing. Keep up the awesome work at the Anderson Taco Bell!!!

This Taco Bell is my favorite one and is usually pretty quick and has never given me the incorrect order. The staff are always nice, friendly, and helpful. It also is open 24hrs which for my wife and I who work nights is usually a big help.

The girl, Tiera H, was so kind and made sure we were happy with our order. She is the best!!! Thank you Tiera H!!! People like you make this world better

The service here is exceptional. There has been an obvious improvement all the way around; food, cleanliness, speed and customer service. Specifically a young cashier named Barbie who had helped us the last few times, that one has exuberant potential brimming to the top. Taco Bell you've made some right moves in hiring and in service standards keep it up.

Update: The gal's name is Barbie that I'm referencing . She consistently delivers excellent customer service.

I've had nothing but really friendly service every time that I've been here. Although sometimes they're pretty busy that's just to say that the demand is that high and corporate needs to recognize that.

Great crew on every shift! They do their best to get orders out in a timely manner. Never get my picky order wrong. I always come to this location for the fantastic customer service!

This place always seems busy , don't let the long line fool you, they are pretty fast and always fresh good food. Great customer service. I will eat here again and again.
