Jack in the Box

There was a gentleman working the register who absolutely goes above and beyond his job duties. Takes his job seriously and seems to really love his job and appreciates to actually have a job! He greeted every person with so much respect! He literally took our drinks and our food to our table and all other customers too!! Who does that nowadays? He made sure the restroom was clean and stocked. I'm watching him the entire time and even customers that were rude, he kept his composure and respect. 99% of fast food workers are rude, unhappy and seem to hate their jobs. Customer service is a tough job, but this gentleman deserves a raise!! I will go back again just for him!! Never got his name but he moves "fast" as all "fast" food restaurants should!! That is his mentality! Love it!!

Just had the best fast food burger ever! The employee that made it was james at the Anderson ca jack. 930 am. Swear it was the best bacon double smash burger 🍔.

Nice place to get fast food especially Jack in the box egg rolls. They are somehow less expensive here than other locations. Only $4.79 plus tax for 3 egg rolls.

The staff is always pleasant and they neve have gotten our food wrong. Food is always delicious and not long waits in the drive thru.

We always enjoy the food at all the Jack in the boxes. They take way to much time to cook their food we wait 30mins sometimes crazy

Went here with my ma and son to celebrate ma's 80th Bday. I knew something was wrong when after 30 minutes the drivethrough line didn't move an inch. I was flabbergasted. I didn't know how bad it would get.

Hours passed, then days, then months, then years. 7 months in my ma passed, her last memories being of the god forsaken drive through. It was just me and my son. To survive we hunted every day for bugs or a loose potato chip or two in the car seats.

After 9 years we had finally made it to retrieve our order. It was my son's 18th birthday. He was so excited to see the outside world again. But more than anything, he was excited for his 5 piece kids nugget meal with a value coke.

Overall, it was a pretty good experience. They forgot the 5 piece nuggets but the fries were fresh and my Bacon Ultimate Cheeseburger was to die for. Going back tommorow to see if I can get a do-over for those nuggets though.

There is a super nice woman who I presume is the manager keeping things going. They were super busy, but she ensured everyone was treated well. It was impressive to see such great work ethic in an industry not always appreciated for it.

Always in a good mood while they are so busy but I appreciate there great attitudes under so much stress all great people

I think this place has a under new management because the food is hot and fresh and it's always busy. If you are in a big hurry though, don't bother, but I don't mind waiting a few extra minutes for a high quality food product. The last thing I want is speedy service and for my sandwich to be messy or cold or old. Thank you for making this place my #1 go to for snacks and tasty treats.

I would have tipped you guys if I had cash. I just want to say, I love all of you that work there. I ordered six tacos, y'all sure did deliver to say the least. 10/10, will visit again. A hug to you all

Toni was one of the nicest people ever! Super respectful, yes ma'am no ma'am. Patient and kind. Best customer service ever. Definitely has a bright future.
Food is usually always super hot and fresh, as an old Jack in the box employee I love going to this location over the others due to the freshness and speed as well as good customer service.

Those sauced and loaded fries are the best thing on the menu. If I'm looking to feed my kids and I for under 20 then this is where I go. I want breakfast all day and with a full menu regardless of hours this is our go to place!

I recently went through drive thru and ordered the spicy chicken combo with no tomatoes and added cheese and jalapeños and was very happy with my food. Came out hot and delicious and the curly fries were hot and fresh as well. After being an employee of a jack in the box almost 20 years ago I was a very satisfied customer.

Food was hot. Had quick and friendly service. Next time I'm in Anderson, CA and want Jack in the Box I won't hesitate about going there. It's easy to get to off the freeway or off hwy 273. It's in a convenient place to get too for Walmart and/or the Anderson Outlet stores also.
