The staff were courteous and accommodating. The racks were neatly organized. I observed that the clothes were secured with wires, possibly as a precaution against theft, which was surprising given the upscale location of the shopping center. Interestingly, this mall even features a car dealership.

This is the only place I buy my face treatment. Since I started using this product, my skin looks so much better from dark spots do to sun exposure . These spots are almost gone. Customer service is good.

This Macy is very organized and the lighting in here help makes their products stand out. I came here on Christmas Eve to pick up my order at another store in the mall. I parked at the Macy parking lot when they just open to avoid the crowds. My fiancée was also looking for Ugg slippers so we saw some near the entrance to the mall. She asked an employee if they had it in her size but they didn't so she tried on one that was 1 size bigger. The employee was nice and patience with us so we appreciated that.

Trying to find the perfect gift can be very hard, especially with a bunch of options to choose from. I needed to find a dear friend of mine a Christmas present and when I got to the jewelry department, a really cool young lady named Michelle greeted me and said if I have any questions to feel free to ask. Looking around, I found some beautiful pieces of necklaces and I needed advice for the material these necklaces were made of. I went up to Michelle like a pestering fly desperate for some consults on multiple necklaces and wanted to get my dear friend the best and most durable necklace I could find that was within my budget and finally with all of Michelle's help, I was able to find something for my dear friend for her Christmas present. Michelle if you see this thank you so very much for your kindness and patience with me. You were extremely helpful. I rate your service 5-stars 🤩

Has a decent selection of goods and staff was courteous. Now with COVID everyone has masks on. The store is clean and hand sanitizer is easily available. Love shopping here.

Esveyda was great and very kind to us, she went the extra mile to make sure we found the perfect piece of clothing. (she is in the furniture and men's section!)
Patricia helped us in the women's section, she went the extra mile as well and was a very honest woman. I would recommend these two great ladies if you come to either the women's or men's section of the Macy's.

This Macy's is usually well stocked and organized. I like stopping in for a quick shopping spree before I go on vacation which is like a few times a year, they usually have everything you need like swimwear, sandals, nice flowy dresses. Etc.
I also love thier cosmetics and perfume department and buying some modest clothing for Church on Sunday's. They have all your basics and then some.

Recently, i went to Macy's in the Thousand Oaks shopping center. This particular Macy's has a much better selection of their name brand clothing than any other Macy's i've seen. The store was spotless without clothes all over the floors. This alone amazed me just for this fact. The salespeople were attentive and easy to find throughout the store, and i was able to find Style and Co., and INC in plus size selections, which is hard for me to find. The many styles and clothing inventory with the recent spring collection was pleasing to see. I would highly recommend Macy's Thousand Oaks and the shopping center to spend time looking for interesting and unique items. It has it all and was one of the most fun shopping visits i've experienced in a while.

Beautiful ! Fully stocked & spotless.

Nice clothes store but on the high end with prices. When I consider most clothes are made in China, Kohls and Amazon prices rock!

I went to do a return and ended up buying some shoes from the Women's shoes department. The person working the department was very helpful and even though it was very busy he tried helping everyone in a kindly and fast manner. I only bought one pair of shoes but greatly appreciate Amir's assistance. ☺

We absolutely love Macy's. I just returned a suit jacket I purchased back in November that still had the tags on it and has never beenworn. Their return policy is now 90-days only. Although not wanting to take my return back initially, they agreed to do so. I was very appreciate, especially given how much we spend annually at Macy's. Because of this good experience we ended up buying a 4-piece luggage set before we left. I hope the Oaks Mall store remains open.

Went to buy an expensive perfume. The lady that helped me told me they didnt have what I was looking for but suggested a different size. She even offer to wrap the perfume for me. I hate doing that so it was just the perfect solution to my problems. Staff is always super friendly
