Kohl's

Crystal did awesome job - she was “floater” associate. She helped at return center- because of long line. Then when I was ready to check out - she was called to front register- because of long line. She was friendly & efficient at both registers!

Lots of construction is happening in the areas adjacent to the store. Great store. The employees were friendly, and the store was immaculately clean.

I was able to find the items I was looking for. Samuel was my cashier and he was so nice and helpful when checking out. A great shopping experience.

I just wanted to stop and take the time to show my gratitude for this particular Kohl's especially after my conversation with the management this morning. I'm in the process of losing weight and have almost hit 115 pounds since last March of 2022 so I have had to replace basically my whole closet. I get paid weekly so I tend to stop at the store often and go through the store trying on clothes and asking advice because I'm not used to wearing a lot of styles because I was over 300 pounds. I can be there forever as I'm told but not everything fits the same so I can wear one size in a brand and 2 sizes up or down in another brand. I search the clearance section over and over and then all of the ladies section with a fine tooth comb . To say the process hasn't been easier nor cheap so I try to get a little at a time. Sometimes I try on things for hours and leave with nothing so I will save that money for my next trip and hope they have new inventory. I like the variety Kohl's has to office for all ages. My main reason for the post as I ramble on is the kindness, respect and support the not once have I been judged, or asked why are you here so much. But I'm welcome with open arms. I don't have a daughter so I enjoy speaking with the young girls and getting their advice lordy mercy I know this old lady needs it.
People are so quick to complain about their experience at a place of business no matter the type but not many talk about the good. As a child my Mother didn't work, she was a stay at home Mom. We struggled many of times not knowing where the next meal came from. My father worked so his checked paid the bills and we lived off his tips. He always preached that your attitude and worj ethic is important a d pays off in the end. I still believe that and this store has exceeded my expectations of customer service. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for all your kindness, support and live you have shown me.

Went to a shoe retailer look for Vans for my son for Christmas. 11.5 in men's size. The other shoe store didn't have any in his size. So we shopped at Kohls and found them. Not only did they have them but they were much cheaper too. I also received Kohls buck's too. So win win situation! Customer service was very nice and polite too.

I visit this store frequently and have always enjoyed the coupons and kohls cash. My family often finds a great deal on whatever we're searching for. The store also has great go hours of operation. Being open late really helps out. We will be visiting again soon.

Everyone was super nice today. Not so much the other shoppers. People need to just smile more. The workers, however, were great.

Great pricing on both regular and discounted merchandise. They have spacious parking, wide fitting rooms, and clean restrooms. They have occasional long lines but also have staff on site to assist. The staff is very friendly and will remind you of any offers available at checkout. You will also ocassionally hear announcements from the intercom about promotional offers. Overall, a great shopping experience.

Very clean and inviting store. Staff was friendly and helpful. Had an issue with my Kohl's cash being reverted to the sale and the clerk worked extra hard to resolve the issue. Made my day!
