McDonald's

My husband and I went around 12:30pm their system crashed it was cash only. I work in the service industry so I know how annoying it is. We waited got our food we had one thing missing and it was my son’s chicken nuggets. We told the woman and she was just happy to be live. She was awesome, she is the reason we will continue to come to this McDonald’s! Short hair, and pierced ears! They should definitely give her a raise!

Service seems to have gotten better for sure.😊. I haven't been in a while because of how awful it's been in the past but the blonde nightshift manager they have now was absolutely fantastic! She was just back there knocking it out! She even took that extra second to make sure we had napkins and straws and didn't need anything. She needs a raise.lol. Absolutely wonderful service and actual fresh food. Hope it keeps the good flow 🤞

Absolutely amazing staff! I was having a great morning just got a new job offer making great money and I was on cloud nine left my interview and pulled through the drive-thru to get a little something to eat after I ordered and pulled up to the window in a very busy line I realized I had left my wallet at home. And when I tried to pay with my Google pay on my phone I couldn't figure it out. The manager at the window pro mode my meal and gave it to me for free. She went above and beyond for someone she didn't know and that's amazing. And on top of that the food was fresh the muffin was cooked perfectly not hard like it can be at times and everyone was very nice and pleasant and did not make me feel stupid. I will go out of my way to come here.

The manager working this morning 11/22 @ 9:58am, was awesome! I went through the drive through, ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit. Got to the red light a realized there was no bacon on the biscuit. I was craving bacon!! So I turned around and went inside. She was super nice, made no excuses, got me a new biscuit and threw in a little extra for me. Just want to say that I appreciate her and that it's probably the best customer service I had in a long time!! You rock!

Me and the boys came here one Sunday afternoon after coming for the shooting range and overall it was a great experience. The line was a little long but I know everywhere is short staffed so we was patient. Once we got to the window, Mr. Xay or Xavier took care of us when we got to the window. First thing he did was apologize for our wait and made us a laugh as well while we were waiting. In the middle of what seems like a storm inside of employees ripping and running, he kept his composure and made sure we was good. He even gave us a complimentary cookie for the wait. Overall it was a great experience, good laughs, good food, and overall a great time.

Dint eat fast food often but love McDs fries

Stopped in for a late night snack. The fries were bussin. But they weren’t BUSSIN BUSSIN. Maybe a little more salt next time.

The girl with the pigtails at the window was so sweet and so adorable. She brought a little bit of magic to my day.

I've never had a problem with this McDonald's in recent memory. They struggled at first during their opening, but I've never really had any issues. Food always seems hot, fresh, and consistent. Cole is also a great Crew Member!

Absolutely outstanding service at your location! It's nice to finally get what we ordered and paid for. Cashier was KS#2 side 1 at 6:55pm on 4/21/22. Young man was extremely caring and accurate. His service was much appreciated 👍 great work FB!!!!

$ Friendly service, cheap food. Great for a quick bite and amazing place for small children. wheelchair accessible parking and seating and restrooms are available. I love using the app for coupons and deals. If you save enough points from purchasing you can choose from a large selection of free food items and even dessert! I really miss the grilled chicken wraps and salads!! BRING BACK THE GRILLED CHICKEN!!!!! One of my favorite menu items is the McChicken and my absolute favorite seasonal items are the pumpkin iced coffee and the McRib. If there was a separate rating for the app I would rate that five stars as well, I highly recommend it!

After multiple visits I can safely say this location tries its best to make your experience better. It is a little inconsistent during rushes, but should have your situation solved as soon as you let them know something is wrong. About half the time the most you will wait is about a minute for your food if not you most likely visited in a rush or had a bigger order. Not to mention the staff is some of the best and kindest I have had the pleasure to interact with. Between this and the Chick-fil-A right next door I can't say which is better. What I can tell you is that either way downtown Flowery Branch has some of the best dining options and this new McDonald's is not any different.

The gentleman up front with the low voice took care of me the best he could, even after we had an issue with my McDonald’s app code not going through and a line behind me. He’s quick and handled the situation appropriately. I really appreciated that

McDonalds is always consistent. No matter where I go McD's is the same product. This was a really clean and well presented restaurant. Great job!

When you order through McDonalds app the experience is wonderful. Just give them a code at the ordering station. No stopping at payment window just say you ordered and paid on line. Pick up food. Plus mor special savings through the application. Love it. I don't go to McDonald's often but when I do. I always use the phone app.

Great McDonald's location. Usually pretty fast service. Always nice friendly staff.

I absolutely love the Customer Service that I get every single time I come to this location but 2 of the Employees are just especially awesome~ Siara & Corinne.... These 2 ladies are always just in such a great mood, always smiling & genuinely care. Great Customer Service & I would give them 10 Stars if I could! I was having an especially bad day once & was trying to hurry & get home with dinner for my family & as I drove up to pay for my order Siara was there, smiling & helpful as always. Thank you Siara & Corinne!!!

Drive thru service was fast & friendly. 1/2 & 1/2 Tea was good as always & fries were hot.

Crispiest Sprite of all the McDonald’s I’ve been to in awhile. Nice people and it’s clean.

I don’t understand the complaints it’s freaking fast food guys you didn’t choose a Michelin star restaurant get over yourselves.

To the dude who gave me extra pickles; I still love you. Staff was all young but super pleasant and fun to order from and my food was perfect, quick, and delicious.

It’s a McDonald’s. What more do you need to know. I laughed so hard at all the reviews complaining. This isn’t Ruth’s Chris it’s a fast food restaurant. You can’t spend $1 on a cheeseburger then expect McDonald’s employees to move mountains for you. Seriously grow up and move on with your life.
