The UPS Store

I always have a pleasant experience at this UPS store! All of the staff are consistently friendly, patient, and very helpful. Even when the store becomes busy with customers toward the end of the day, the staff seem to alway have a smile of their face. There have also been multiple times when an employee runs over to open the door for me when my hands are full of packages. I really appreciate the customer service at this location!

every time I walk into the store. Everyone is very courteous and helpful. I needed help with my Amazon return, and they explained everything to me so I was able to do it myself. I wish I remembered the name of the man that helped me he was awesome but every time I go in there everyone's very nice I recommend this UPS to all my friends and family

I’ve used the office # 4611 on Spout Springs and on several occasions had the good fortune of getting Tyrone as my cashier. He is helpful, courteous and knowledgeable.

3 excellent staff members helped us to notarize and witness a will...well-oiled machine, and it was a moderately busy day. Fabulous!

The manager I would say.. so sweet to this older lady helped her on her phone to find her Amazon code to scan because she had two purchases and one went to Kohl’s one with UPS and she was so frustrated. The gentleman just took his time very patient yeah long line but he was just the sweetest guy and he apologized people just to hang out. You never get help this type of service anymore .. so three cheers to the UPS so good to see . 👍☺

Michael and Byron were so helpful with the other customers while Julie did an amazing job correcting my return errors and sending my items to the respective locations ( that I had failed to do). Thank you all, especially Julie!!!!!!!

Michael assisted me with so many returns without any signs of frustration when I didn’t have my items together properly. He has a very positive attitude and showed no stress when an influx of people arrived at the same time. Super fast and efficient - very appreciative of his service!

This store is very nicely located within a Kroger shopping plaza, the attendants are always very attentive and nice :) I’ve been coming here for a while now

Rebecca, was amazing. I had carried
my 2 year old grandson to two place to return my Amazon items. Rebecca was so wonderful she re keyed the returns in and got me on my way. This was the best customer service I have had in years. Thank you so much Rebecca!

I had to return 3 items today from Amazon. Somehow, the QR codes were not sent to me. Instead, return labels were emailed to me and I did not have any shipping boxes with me. This store went WAY above and beyond to help me get those 3 items packed and shipped. Outstanding customer service. Thanks a million.

They’re very easy to work with and handle all the issues that come up, whether it’s our ignorance or not, with such respect & kindness! They explain the intricacies of Amazon refunds very quickly!

I come here a lot to send packages and to get prints, and I always have a great experience. Staff our always friendly, helpful, and recommend the best ways to get an item to it's location for a good price. Today I went in to get some custom labels printed on their printers, and the manager took about 15 minutes with me to help align my print onto the label sheet I had, so I didn't waste any of them. Wow! What great service! I will continue to use this UPS location and I highly recommend this store for anyone needed a little help. They won't let you down. Thanks again!

I’ve been trying to get a box shipped that was of significant weight. Danielle at the ups store in Flowery Branch made it happen. She worked with me with great involvement until the package was ready and sent. She is great young lady to work with. I will come here over and over again! Thanks Danielle!

I absolutely agree with these recent reviews. Destiny is awesome. I came in one morning for a notary. Not only was she over the top polite and smiley for it to be so early in the morning lol but she was juggling several customers and holding a conversation while working on the fax machine. Everyone was happy and got hellos, goodbyes, how are the kids, and how is your back are you feeling better. She just brought smiles out of everyone. She could come work for me any day!!!

I'd like to give KUDOS to Sheila! I had trouble emailing a document I scanned at their store when I returned home. I called the store and told her I was having a problem emailing the document. She tried to help me over the phone but to no avail. Sheila told me to come back to the store and she would show me how to do it. She gave me a quick tutorial and problem solved! I really appreciated that!

This store is a pleasure to work with, staff very friendly, always helpful, quick response time and followup. I have had several different types of print jobs done here and I prefer to work with Aneel and his staff whenever possible! A little bit out of my way but worth it to get the job done correctly - every time.

Destiny has great customer service. She was very polite while I was having a very bad day and very helpful. Not once did her smile go away while helping me. You don't find a lot of people like that nowadays.

They are always super helpful & friendly! Aneel an incredible job printing some business flyers for us a few weeks ago. They are very efficient shipping goods did us as well. Great staff at this location & much cheaper to print than a competitor store.
