I have no words for this company besides excellence! Above and beyond!.We were having an issue and they didn't dispoint! Janet, Chuck, and crew went way above to make sure we were taken care of...literally no words for how great they are! Five stars isn't enough ❤❤❤

I didn’t know Raines existed, even though they are so close to my house. The building is set back from the street. The ladies are very knowledgeable and courteous. They also have the best pool supplies at reasonable prices. I like that they have liquid chlorine, which is the best way to chlorinate your pool (other than a salt water generator, which still requires occasional chlorine). No additives like the chlorine tabs. I wanted to buy fence hooks from them but they didn’t have the size I needed. They showed me the website where to buy them.

You can get your water tested by them once a week. Bring a notepad to write down the information they give you!

Raines has everything I need to maintain our family pool, they are always kind, courteous and amazing! Every year they have opened our pool it has been clean within days, they have the magic touch. Everytime I go into the shop the ladies are always happy and very pleasant to be around. Everyone is super knowledgeable and knows what they are talking about! I wouldn't use any other company!!!

I had a great experience here. I was trying to buy a hot tub and the woman who helped me was extremely helpful and patient with all the questions I had about potentially purchasing one. I would highly recommend, it is a clean place, very nice inside and the employees are very professional and helpful.

Every time I come the staff is so helpful and friendly! I have gotten my water tested there multiple times and they have helped me pick out the products my pool needed. Overall, I have no bad things to say about Raines. I would highly recommend their services and products!
