AT&T Store

I went to the Newtown At&T to have my tablet reset.. my husband passed away and I was very confused on how to reset the I pad..
A girl named Chelsey waited on me and I have to say not only was she so professional but she was very compassionate about the loss of my husband.
Honestly i have been in this AT&T location several times… this girl Chelsey was a breath of fresh air..

Chelsea and Dylan are amazing! They helped me with purchasing phones, making a claim, and addressing issues with adding a phone. Please.come to this store for all your AT&T needs.

Dylon was super super helpful knowledgeable and patient. It was easy working with him and he helped set up my new iPhone, connected it to my iWatch and helped me select the necessary extras that I needed. I am on a pension so my new AT&T plan is still within my budget. Great guy!

Great service! Chelsea and Luke were beyond helpful. I have been having a ton of issues, came into this store and they were resolved within minutes. Go in and see them! You won’t be disapponted!

One of the employees made a mistake on my account, was slightly frustrated but Dylan the assistant manager and Chelsea the store manager went above and beyond to resolve the issue the other employee created. Thank you Chelsea and Dylan highly recommend this store 👍

Dave (I think was his name) did a great job. He answered our questions and helped us in a quick, timely manner. In fact the other guy that was there, also helped us out. Didn't catch his name unfortunately. I've also been there a couple other times, without purchasing anything, and honestly everyone at this location is very helpful. 5 out of 5 for everyone there. Honestly, I'm planning on sticking with AT&T just because these guys were all so easy to talk to and get help from.
