ShopRite of West Nyack

I have to say I don't know anybody that works at this store but someone has to know I'm extremely thankful for this young gentleman employee working in the refrigerated aisle named Kyle who was kind and awesome enough to go into the back and check to see if there was any Dole pineapple juice left; being there was none on the shelves and he took the time to go back there and bring a fresh box out. Those extra steps and that smile is exactly what more stores and supermarkets need. This was the only thing I came to ShopRite for....Thank You soooooo much!! A+ employee

I love shopping here. People are very friendly.
Plus, I know where everything is at. Store is always clean. Love the flower shop. Prices are reasonable.

Wonderful store. Very clean. Produce fresh and everything easy to find. I went to the restroom to wash my hands and was pleased to find how clean it was.

Initially, I didn't like the way this ShopRite's parking lot is set up. Hint for newcomer, park in the back if there is space. Once I walked around inside, I realized that this location is a gem!

They have FRESH Pineapple Juice! Not super acidic pineapple juice in a can, but refreshing refrigerated pineapple juice with an experation date, like nature intended.

They also have real food options in the frozen section which was quite the surprise for me because it is so hard to find real food these days.

Overall, this location is a good one. Just make sure to bring your own bags. They do not have free bags for you. If you don't bring your own bags and absolutely need one, they will sell you reusable bags.

Always clean! Big place and everything down to the produce is always fresh and looks great 👌 it's open late, I like to shop at night, even so,doesn't matter how late the shelves are always stocked with fresh produce and everything else you need. People are nice that work there, as well as most customers.

Love this store, amazing and such helpful employees, especially 2 specifically, JR and Marissa. JR was super helpful, especially when it came to looking for a specific thing that was on sale, but none were left on the shelf, he took it upon himself to go in the back and locate it for me and bought it out, as well as restocking the shelf with whatever he found that as left in the back to fill that spot. Same with Marissa, she was also super super helpful in helping me look for something I was completely unsure where in the store it was located, she walked me down to the the aisle and even located it for me. I love the customer service, the whole environment of this specific ShopRite location, even the cashiers are really nice and efficient as well as quick with getting customers in and out. Easily my favorite location to shop at; mainly due to self check out (no "Karens" to bottleneck cash register lines). The selection and produce > Stop and shop. Deli/meat dept quality seems good too. Overall, very nice layout and not a cramped location (unlike the Pearl River store...sooo narrow)

Big.big store. Just when you think your done there's a whole large section left to see. Bakery makes the store smell delicious. You'll find what you want from fish to steaks and soft drinks to beer.

Large stand alone store across from Palisades mall. Has every department, including floral, bakery, deli, seafood. Decent amount of staff, considering it was an afternoon visit. Parking lot is a little convoluted - there's parking on two opposite ends of the lot. Bottle return area is outside and not covered. Overall, one of the better Shoprites I've visited.

I found everything I need here but just one thing. I needed some gum but they were almost sold out and I couldn't find the one I usually buy. Another thing is, the store is pretty big and it's a little hard to find your way around. Other than that, this place is a great place to shop and the prices are good too. I would recommend it to anyone if they would have a easy time getting around.

I have always loved shopping at the West Nyack location. Other locations often don’t have what I need and the staff can be rude. I like the prices at this location and I know the store like the back of my hand! Will never stop shopping here unless something very drastic were to happen as far as cleanliness, service and pricing/selection which I don’t think is going to happen!

It's always a pleasure to go and shop at ShopRite. Went to buy three items but that number quickly tripled.

Great selection of foods. My toddler had a meltdown in the checkout line and they helped by putting the foods onto the belt for me as well as bagging and pushing the cart out to my car as I tended to her.

Really large supermarket, very well kept & managed. Actually has more of a variety in many many categories food & health/beauty/toiletries, more so than Walgreens, Rite Aid, & even Target, & in most cases, the lowest prices. Food wise, tons of selection & brands + tons of other stuff you wouldn’t be able to get in basically any other supermarket in the area of 5-7 mike radius.

There was a lovely young cashier (long thick braids) who was very patient with her customer at Express around 4:30 pm. The customer did not understand why there weren't any plastic bags.

The experience is always Pleasant but you need to order more products for diabetes patients like for instance ice cream as there are only one brand that has no sugar and that is Breyers so when you have a sale on ice cream it can only be Breyers that the shell does anything for me as all the other brands do not have anything light or no sugar added. Other than that everyone does a good job.

A large supermarket with the wide variety of items the prices are great lines are mostly short and the aisles are clean, their shopping carts are working properly, and their customer service are always available to help, location in West Nyack is a very good face and it's close to West Nyack Palisades Mall which is very convenient.

I am a ShopRite Shopper and support the store. Unfortunately, many of the old timers who were with ShopRite for 25-30 years left New City and the West Nyack location. It was more personable to know your cashiers and produce manager...now as you check out...the cashiers talk to each other and ignore the shopper...
I think the Customer Service is 5 Star!
