AT&T Store

Susanna is the most helpful att rep I've ever come across. Was able to get things done that others couldn't. I was seriously considering taking my business account elsewhere but decided to give the supervisor of the branch a shot at my issues.

Got a new iPhone at the parksburg store. Joey was amazing and fast. Helping 3 people at once and didn’t miss a beat. Got me In and out. Great job Joey

Suzanne is amazing!!!! She's helped us multiple times in the store before. She remembered our family and made my 10 year old feel special getting her first phone. She is extremely knowledgeable and even though our request took a few hours she never made it seem like she was bothered!

Best phone store and customer service around. Joey is really helpful and knows what he is doing.

Joey was great he explained everything verry well and got me in and out in no time and even helped with setting up some of the apps i was missing from the data transfer. Thank you.

Suzanne was amazing! We could not have asked for better or more friendly service. A trip to to get new phones is usually painful and time consuming but Suzanne took care of us quickly and efficiently.

We had a great experience at the Parkersburg AT&T. We upgraded my grandsons phones from the iPhone 8+ to the iPhone 12 mini and the other one to the iPhone 13. The boys love their phones. Thank you to Matt and Susanna for your help.

Suzanne was extremely helpful in finding the best package and helped get my trade in phone fixed the same day. She was very efficient and knowledgeable and even saved us some money on our monthly bill.

Everyone dreads going in to a phone store especially when your phone is half alive like mine was, but Suzanne made it the best experience possible! It was very busy and she was multi tasking all of the customers’ needs and getting it done efficiently while still being super pleasant and cheerful. I don’t know what you’re paying her but it needs to be double!!

Went in there yesterday to use my wife’s old phone to give it to my 12-year-old daughter as her first phone.

I was greeted and asked right away what I needed help with unfortunately I forgot my wallet so I had to call my wife to come and bail me out.

I’m not good with names but the girl that was there was really knowledgeable and she was training the young man that was very helpful.

I had a good experience walked out with my wife’s old phone for my daughter and then didn’t have to pay anything and actually saved more on my bill I’m very very happy with the quality of work these two workers put in to help us yesterday very grateful.

The lady was very help ful and was very good at multitasking . Since she was the only person there . She was very pleasant. I would recommend her all the time . Nothing bad to say .amazing , outstanding person..

Suzanne was very polite and helpful she made porting from T-Mobile easy she help with all our needs and and made sure we was happy with our new phone and service plans. Jonah was extremely friendly, very knowledgeable and an asset to that AT&T store! We've received the same service from him in the past and he time over time proves his wealth of knowledge in servicing our phones. He should also be commended for his excellence in teamwork. When we walked into the store he was helping another customer and immediately acknowledged us. Our transaction took some time as we were upgrading phones and adding lines. During our interaction he graciously allowed my children to watch a movie on his phone so we could focus on the details of the service and he was helping the other associate with her service interaction as needed. My point is that he carried the interactions in that store, as it was really a one man show!! Thank you Jonah for your kindness and helpful spirit!!

Alazia was the perfect sales person for us. We enjoyed how great she was and she was also great at multitasking and given everyone the attention they need it. Great employee key she’s a keeper and a sweetheart.

Got a new data plan for my iPad. Suzanne was incredible, going between 5 customers and keeping everything in order. She is very efficient, give that girl a raise!!!

My helper in the store, Suzanne Garbarino, was the BEST store clerk/manager I have ever incountered in a phone store. She was extremely knowledgeable on all items in the store. She easly navigated me through all the various phones that fit my main requirements I wanted in my new phone. Once I reached my decision, she quickly switched over my address book, pictures, etc she also showed me all the basic functions of the phone to get me started. GREAT JOB !

Averi in the Parkesburg location was amazing to work with! She was very knowledgeable ,super friendly and had our best interests in mind while helping us. She is a wonderful multitasker as there were 4 other families in the store, she helped us all she didn’t make any of us feel unwelcome as we all engaged in great conversation while we waited! It was an amazing experience! Much different then any other time I came to the store! I wish “customer service when you call AT&T was as amazing as Averi’s attentiveness to her customers! I will highly recommend her to friends and neighbors in the area
