I have had Verizon for years and I have went to many Verizon stores for upgrades etc. usually leaving disappointed and this location is by far the best !!! A gentleman named Freddie helped my husband and I. From the moment we walked in until we left he was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful with all of our questions as we upgraded our phone and purchased accessories. He made the whole process quick and easy! The store was clean and the other employee working was friendly as well. We could not be happier or more thankful with our experience! Thank you Freddie for all of your help! If you need anything for your Verizon plan, drive to the store in Gap and go see Freddie! He’s the best! Thank you and we will be back!

Freddie and Brandon are great people to work with, they give you all the options available and also the plus and minus if different options available. I would highly recommend working with the Gap store!

I have never seen someone work so well in a situation that most people would have lost it.. while in the store on a busy Saturday afternoon Friddie was working with a small family with three kids running around the store making all types if noises, at the same time he had a mom and son come in and try and active a phone they got online line… he helped all customers plus got me what I needed all with a smile on his face willing to help the next set of people…..

I had such a wonderful and seamless experience at the Gap store working with Alex. I needed to not only switch from another carrier, but also switch from a business plan to my own plan AND upgrade my phone. I was able to easily make an appointment for the time I wanted. Alex assisted me in every aspect of the transaction, from the transfer from my previous carrier to getting my new phone set up on my plan. He patiently and kindly answered all of my questions that come with upgrading to a new phone with new features. Other customers did come in while he was working with me, but he either got them taken care of, or was up front about expected wait times. I left the store 100% up and running, but I know if I need anything, I can go back and still receive exceptional service. Definitely put Alex in charge of training new hires because he was such a pleasure to work with!

Once again, Freddie helped me upgrade again and more!

Freddie is AMAZING. I went in to upgrade my phone and I left with a second upgraded phone and an apple watch. Freddie was kind and professional and informative and the best Verizon Rep I have ever dealt with in all my time with Verizon.

I wanted to take the time to share the experience that I had today when purchasing new iPhones from the Verizon Store in Gap Pa. My technology skills are minimal at best and I always dread having to upgrade or change any of my devices. Adam and Mercedes, the Verizon staff could not have been more patient and helpful walking me through the process. They both went out of there way to make the transition to a new phone as simple as possible. Thank you both for your kindness and professionalism. Verizon is fortunate to have you as employees!

Exceptional customer service! Adam was incredibly knowledgeable of the products I was inquiring about and took all of the time necessary to assist me with my purchase. He patiently helped familiarize me with the functions of both phones I was considering until I felt comfortable making my choice. Very low pressure which is important with a purchase like this. I would highly recommend the Gap Verizon store and Adam.

Shawn, the owner of this location, helped me out a lot. I ordered a new phone through this Verizon location. He called me as soon as it came in and when I came in to pick it up, he had all the paperwork ready for me, before Verizon was even ready to sell me the phone. Very good customer service, and very clean. Best Verizon experience I've ever had.

Melody was extremely helpful when we stopped in with major phone issues. When my new phone arrived so took one on one time with us, getting it transferred over & set up. We will be back soon!

I went into this Verizon store and had the best experience! I used to have Sprint and their coverage wasn't the best. Pj was super helpful, extremely knowledgeable, and very professional. He helped me add a 3rd line and the process wasn't too long. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone.

I recently went to the Gap Verizon store and had a wonderful experience. We had the pleasure of working with PJ and he was more than helpful!

PJ not only was knowledgeable about the phones but helped us pick out ones that would fit our wants and needs. He took his time with us and answered all of our questions, he even transferred all of our stuff to the new phones!

If you need a new phone go see PJ he knows how important customer service is, and definitely earned my business!

I recently stopped out to the Verizon store in Gap to look at possibly upgrading my old phone. I spoke with PJ while I was there and he was great to work with.

He explained all of the different options to me, and helped me decide on my new Samsung which I love! I’d highly recommend the Gap Verizon store and working with PJ specifically.
