It has been my experience that partly due to businesses being short staffed Customer Service has really been lacking during COVID, but Mike was extremely helpful and answered all of our questions with a smile, even though we showed up about 20 mins. before closing he still took the time to help us and provided the best customer service we have experienced in a very long time! To Mikey the manager, I know Mike's only been there 3 days, but he deserves a raise!! Thank you Mike for all your help.

Stopped in today to get stuff for oil change and look for a bearing seal for the tractor mower didn’t expect much but thought since I had it with me I try Mike he did a great job looking through catalogs searching online trying to find that seal and after about 20 minutes couldn’t come up with the option but I appreciate the effort and the time when I was at Pep Boys they looked within five minutes said noNothing they could do but Mikey said if you call one of the other blades off and try to get a number off the seal it isn’t destroyed we might be able to find something for you so it was a good idea

This place has saved my butt so many times in a pinch I am no mechanic but I have fixed a many of my cars with the help and knowledge of the Advance Auto Parts close to my home I do appreciate it very much when they are willing to assist minor fixes to their customers reasonable competitive pricing and a knowledgeable staff from the place that is always had the parts that I needed when I needed them I give a 5 star

Needed help with a battery, Dave was awesome, checked my battery the voltage was low, bought a new one and he put it in. Car is running great. Was told by a competitor that is was probably my alternator, it wasn't...these guys are honest! Thank you Advance Auto!!!
