Food was delivered to our table quickly by a very sweet woman. Was happily surprised by the staff. Blonde lady with the piercing was great! Wheelchair accessible as well.

We dined in and had a great experience. Bathrooms were clean and there restaurant was recently upgraded. When you're wrapping up you day of being abused by Hersheypark, come here and feel good about corporate America again!

My daughter and I have made it a "tradition " to stop at this McDonald's for lunch after her appointments in Hershey. We've been here probably about 10 times within the last few months. We always use the drive thru. The food is always hot (especially the fries,which I really appreciate) and the staff is always friendly!

It's ok they're fast. And my iced coffee was perfect!

Fast, efficient, and very crowded! It did it's job and served a purpose, but it was very crowded with many, many kids and families. But, they were able to make the order quickly and correctly. I was pleased, but I do feel the prices were higher than I expected them to be.

I met the nicest guy at 11pm at night in the drive thru last night 7/22. He was polite, nice, friendly. He could have been totally grumpy but he was nice. The New Kids on the Block just let out and it was packed. I wished every McDonald’s worker was this pleasant. Someone give this mana raise?

your order is always not only correct but fresh and hot! the best mcdonald’s i have ever been to! everyone here is very nice (especially the graveyard shift workers) and they are very hardworking. keep it up!

Fantastic service! I paid for my breakfast mean and was given a number to put on my table and they would bring my breakfast when prepared! Amazing never had such service at any fast food restaurant,

This McDonald's used to have some of the worst customer service. The young man with the belt buckle and glasses actually asked me how my night was, the blonde curly haired lady couldn't have been sweeter...and they both actually smiled at me...coming from this McDonald's where even the managers often look dead eyed, this was a pleasant change of pace. Hope to see them again!

This location is one of the better McDonald's that I have been to. They are always quick and make sure my order is done right. The drive thru line can be long at times, but it's Hershey during the summer, what do you expect?

This McDonald's location was busy when I dined there in early June 2018 but I still received my food in a timely manner. I had the quarter pounder with cheese (the new one that they cook fresh when you order it) and it was delicious. The beef actually tasted fresh and I enjoyed every bite I had. The bathrooms were clean and sanitary, which is also a huge plus. I would definitely eat here again!

This is the best McDonald's I ever ate at in my life the hole restaurant was spotless,the food was hot and fresh and the customer service was spot on.. good job

Kudos to the person responsible for hiring at the Hummelstown McDonald’s.These employees are amazing!!! I stop in for an iced coffee every morning-sometimes just for the positivity and pleasant interactions.If there isn’t anyone behind me,they always ask how I am doing.I also noticed how much they support each other while working.Even through a pandemic,I can see them smiling under their masks.This team has done amazing through all the unsettling times we have all experienced lately.

I like this location which is very large and has car window delivery and plenty of parking spaces. The interior is completely modern with computerized orders or go up to register. Another neat thing is that they bring your order to your table just as you were in a restaurant Food wise I think all Macdonalds are the same and pretty much you know what to expect.

Fries came out fresh and hot, no straws, but everything tasted good, the drive through was busy, but for the most part fast, they mixed up my oder but figured it out, and then they made us wait at the third window for fresh fries because they ran out of ones precooked.

Love the new self service Kiosks to do the ordering and paying. The food was very hot and fresh. Granddaughters missed not having a play area. Finding many stores that have remodeled are not reinstalling the play areas.

Stopped in thru drive-thru to get our kids Happy Meals. Service was friendly and efficient. We pulled in and ordered, paid for order and then picked up order. It was like clock work and the flow was with perfection. kids were excited eith their toys and ate everything.
