This place deserves 5 stars only because they are so clearly understaffed and they have to deal with crazy, rude, morons all day long. Every one who works there is friendly as long as you aren't rude or act entitled to them. Great job ladies. Not many people have the patience to hold it down when their superiors won't get them adequate staffing.

Ps the postal service lost millions last year. Give em a break eh? Be lucky they still exist.

Sharon is one of the most amazing employees anywhere!! She not only always has a cheerful, professional disposition, but goes out of her way to help patrons even when they've clearly weren't prepared to send mail items, and hold up others that follow the protocols.

Ok people, let's get real for a minute...these postal workers are overwhelmed, short handed and are still out there doing the best that they can considering the circumstances of the pandemic. They have to listen to all kinds of complaints and they get told off as if the person helping you was personally responsible for your problem. I think that they are doing a great job and when I went there yesterday with my problem they were helpful and very courteous so 5 stars and keep up the good work & no ,no-one in my family works for the postal service.

This place has turned around so much in the last 6 months. The rude people are gone. I understand with training new people there will be wait times but at least they are having fun while you wait. And the people complaining about them taking breaks. Maybe they have assigned break times and do you realize how much these people have worked during the pandemic? I think these people deserve their breaks and a lot of respect for putting up with the public!

To anyone that just wants to ship a package and has a printer, try purchasing a label before hand and it will save you so much time. I use to hate being in line at this place too.
