Panera Bread

This Panera is great. Amanda was super helpful and professional.
I had a coffee and a bagel. The app was easy to use, and I can easily select to have my Bagel 🥯 sliced and toasted.
Coming back soon.

Very tasty chicken Caesar salad this afternoon - always a treat, the romaine was crisp and the chicken was cooked and fresh- thanks for a great pick me up!

The lovely lady that took my order and the young man that prepared my order were so sweet.

I haven't eaten at a Panera bread lately. I'm afraid the one where I live started slacking in service and quality.
Today after I hit the gym in Hummelstown I was hungry and decided to get myself a Greek salad.
When I got home and open the bag not only was my order correct but the salad is nice and fresh and so are the ingredients :)
I know it's just a salad but it was made with care and attention to detail.
This would have to be the best Panera bread in the area.

I am not a big fan of Panera Bread, last time I ate there I had some turkey sandwich with cranberry which was disgusting and I had never gone back. This time I had a chicken noodle soup in a bread bowl and it was delicious. The service was also great

This place is so modern and great for a light lunch when you're hungry but don't want anything too heavy. I ordered a Mediterranean sandwich and the drinks are unlimited if it's a soda. Loved it.

Absolutely superb. I love this location and how clean it is. The staff are extremely friendly. The food, as ever, is unbelievably scrumptious and fresh. I’ve never gotten anything that was stale or bad. Don’t miss stopping in here for a good meal when you’re in the area. You can also use their app to order ahead and pick up, or do curbside pick up.

The associate at the register, Anne Marie was absolutely wonderful and friendly and made our day with her bubbly personality. Just what we needed right now. Food was yummy as always!

Kind staff, bottomless coffee, great food. Panera is the perfect place to have a chat with a friend, get your homework done (WiFi and wall outlets), or grab a quick bite without having to pay tip.

Grace was exceptional as she waited on me. It seems in today world this type of customer service is rare. She went out of her way to get me fresh hot coffee. Grace was pleasant and friendly. Thank you Grace!!

I love the food at Panera Bread so what makes this one exceptional was the young woman who waited on my husband and I. She was very personable, sweet and engaging. I would go back again when traveling back to this area!

Bread and pastries are freshly made every day. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The rewards if you use a Panera card are very good as well.

Due to the fact that most of the ingredients are fresh and the breads are baked every morning there is a possibility that something you may want is out of stock. If you manage to place an order before the item is stocked out the staff is very helpful and willing to accommodate your needs, whether it's with another ingredient or an extra pastry. I have always left with a smile on my face!

Any extra food made for the day is donated to local charities, where as any other place I've been to will just throw it away. So by eating at Panera you can also take pride in knowing you are serving your community.

Due to the location and the fact that there are many random events that will bring large influxes of people, some waiting times may be longer than others. The staff is always working very hard to make everything as fast as they possibly can and that's all that really matters.

Everything on the menu is customizable to suit your needs as well. I would highly recommend this place, whether you are looking to bring your family, get delivery, or place a rapid pickup to grab on your way to work.

Everyone chill out. Restaurant/counter service is sub-par almost everywhere right now. Businesses cannot keep employees. They just quit on a whim. Forget trying to hire anyone. So....be patient...be kind...and perhaps thank the employees for showing up. My review from three years ago still stands:

On a day where families matter most, this Panera Bread & staff went out of their way to take care of our families due to an emergency. We can’t thank them enough for what they did when we were in a time of need. Happy Holidays (Merry Christmas for those that celebrate). Thank you.

Love the food and soups and ability to customize at kiosks if you prefer and pay right there but still have a waiter bring food to your table, unique and nice. Only complaint is they take items off menu that we like and now it makes it hard to go there without having items we really preferred.

Ordered at the Kiosk for quick and easy service. I absolutely love the Chicken Poppyseed salad! So tasty and filling, and still so healthy!

I was at this location waiting to get some food for the family. I got to watch them work for a little . Lexi R is on her grind, I was impressed with her work ethic. Whoever the owner is you need to take note. She’s holding this location down.

A warm and welcoming staff with smiles for everyone and suggestions for those of us who cannot always choose what we want to eat. We have never felt that the staff was waiting for us to leave when we wanted to continue our conversations past our meals. Thank you for your hospitality.
