Your Pharmacy team is amazing especially me younger Pharmacist who I have watched help customers all the time. The gentleman is always willing to step up and help customers with questions, insurance issues and he even speaks Spanish to help customers with language challenges. Recently I was picking up a script, my insurance copay was 90 dollars, he stepped in and using a coupon brought the price down in half. He is an excellent representative of Rite Aid.

I've been to quite a few Rite Aid's in the area and this one is the best one in terms of customer service. The stock of items in every Rite Aid I have been to has been tough but that's just how it is when there is a good deal on something. I'm always greeted and get helped with a smile if I need to find something. I am a couponer and can sometimes run into issues with them but they always take care of it well here. There is a super energetic older lady that works here and she is just awesome. Just love this Rite Aid <3

Clean, well stocked, friendly staff, quick in and out and great parking. The entrance on Northampton St can be a little tricky because it is so close to the traffic light.
