Visited this store a month ago, the best part of the store is they are very welcoming, respectful , and honest. They are not the store that is just interested in what you buy or your money. For example I visited a month ago and bought a bottle of wine, I didn't like the taste and went back to return and was told they usually don't return or exchange alcohol related products, but the guy working there took my number and told me he will check with the distributor if they can take the product back in which case he can provide me with refund/exchange. And to my surprise I received a call 2 weeks ago to tell me he can provide me with that refund whenever I am available to go back to the store.

I don’t really drink but when I do I come to this spot to get my alcohol. The place is nicely organized and clean.
The people who work here are super nice today for example K brought my attention to the fact that I gave him more money than I was aware of and I really appreciate that kind of honesty, people aren’t like him these days…

I am just a casual drinker and i just moved around this place and i found this is the decent store clean and lots of variety and the staff is welcoming and the delivery is too good and fast and i would suggest this would be my go to liquor store.

By far the most exclusive and modernized liquor store around. A variety of all things!! The only store with an authentic maple wood, custom built counter.

Always a great experience. Staff is very friendly and attentive, this liquor store is further from my house than others but I rather come here because of the quick checkout, better service, larger variety and clean environment. Just found out they deliver so super exited!

Employes r very friendly and since the management had changed the owner is always looking forward to fullfill my demands and there is way more different choises for every stuff then it was before and new owners r always having something new in the store and they have testing for different kind of stuff on every weekends thats a good chance for us to try some new stuff..!!

K is the man, super polite and helpful. Empire has incredible section of craft beers and Napa wines. Best liquor store in West NY, Guttenburg and Union, worth the trip!

This place has expanded. Great Variety. If they don’t have what your looking for, the manager will try to order it for you next time.
