Goodwill Retail Store & Donation Center

Very big selection of shirts in all styles, store is clean, well-organized just too bad they don't have dressing rooms. Know the Goodwills very well across the U.S. as I am shopping for other
people and myself, and this store is at the top. From Omaha, NE

Good spot to drop off donations. The store has a mediocre supply of randomness. Drop off collection spot can get busy, with both vehicles and customers.

Large store with a lot of inventory (and sizes) and something for everyone looking for a bargain. Nice staff people too.

Goodwill serves a great purpose. Helping others while allowing them keep their dignity. Retailing donated items, at generally reduced prices, allows them to operate, and assist needy persons live a better life.

Now that the Asian management is gone, the store has gotten worse! People come to buy for everything and have friendly interaction! The last 4 time’s I went to Simi Valley location, thing’s were broken by consumers because the product is stacked unreasonably! And just to get it out fast! The store is a mess! There’s no one in charge and the employees don’t care if merchandise is broken and we all know why! The Asian lady cared! Knew people! Now, something gets broken by a consumer every time I visit! They have no care about how thing’s are on shelf’s! Tonight 2 things were broken as people were shopping! Not the consumers fault but the employees aren’t arranging thing’s justify stacking everything on top of everything ! Glass and cookware and wood and frames all on top of each other! So sad!

This Goodwill has friendly and helpful employees, as well as incredible deals on most everything in the store. They sell furniture, toys, shoes, dresses, skirts, jeans, t-shirts, purses, and even jewelry. My only issue is they won't let you bring in any drinks so you have to throw them out or put them on their front counter while you shop. Other than that, its one of my all-time favorite shopping spots.

One of the very few Goodwills that still have Goodwill prices. In the valley some have gotten expensive. Excellent selection of children's clothes, friendly staff, love it!

Frequent this store and find it is well organized, and has a lot of good merchandise.
I also donate items to it, throughout the year.
Parking is adequate in front of store, and easy access off of Sinaloa or Los Angeles St.

Goodwill of west Simi Valley is clean, organized and well run. I always check them out before spending on new items. They always have great deals on mattresses.

I go out of my way to shop here. The store is well organized and the prices are better than the stores in my area. It's been my favorite store for over 15 years and counting.

Great selection if itemscfrpm clothes to household items to books and beyond. Also, compared to other locations, this store is very tidy and well maintained.
