The staff at O'Reilly Auto Parts in Maple Valley are very courteous & helpful especially Graham who took his time to explain which coolant would be best to use for my old 1995 Dodge Ram Truck I really appreciate the time Graham took with me educating me about the proper coolant and how much to use for my vehicle Kyle is really awesome, helpful & knowledgeable as well The commercial sales manager Jeff comes highly recommended especially if you have work or fleet vehicles He can be very proud of the crew he has working with him at the Maple Valley O'Reiily's

Awesome service was very helpful, and I was even kind enough to put my wipers on my car for me. I'm glad I let him do it as one of the wipers fell apart upon trying to install it. Andvi don't know if I would of been able to just walk back in and get a free replacement but since he broke it or was holding it when it fell apart he went in and got a new wiper. Thank you again. You made my drive home so much clearer.

AWESOME customer service! Sammy and crew there took great care of my wife and daughter when they were on a road trip and their engine started misfiring. They dove in and helped them get back on the road. Is there an option for six stars? They went above and beyond, so so appreciated!

I absolutely love the staff at this location. They’re so helpful and have multiple times come out to my car to help me with things and I’ve never had to ask. They offer. They almost always have the parts that I need and if they don’t, in my experience, I’ve received them the next day. Quality service!

The employees here are super friendly and knowledgeable. I came in told them I needed a headlight bulb, they didn't even have to ask me details about my car, they knew exactly what I needed and where to find it. There were none on the shelves so they looked up the next closest location. As I went to leave they found some and waved me down so I wouldn't have to travel to the next town, and saved me from driving with one head light in the dark.

Today I went in to buy a headlight for my car, as one of them had burned out awhile ago. The thing is, I have literally no idea how to install it. My husband did all of that type of stuff, and he passed away about a year ago. This is the first time I’ve had to go in by myself to an auto parts store. To say I was nervous was an understatement. I didn’t get the name of the kid that actually rang me up, but he was super nice and helpful. Thomas actually came out to my car and took the old one out and put the new one in for me! He was very kind and professional, and didn’t make me feel stupid for barely knowing how to pop my hood open! Thank you Thomas, from the bottom of this widow’s broken heart for your kind help today! There needs to be more people like him in the world!

Don't know what the complainers are talking about. I just had a great experience. I was next in line and promptly waited on. Needed a headlight bulb replacement. He looked it up, went right to it, like 1,2,3.
Then to top it off, as a courtesy, he went out in the rain and popped the replacement in for me, and I was good to go.
Excellent, professional service. Can't ask for better.

Great group of employees that work there always ready to go out and help you with any problems that you may have... the store mgr is great and has trained his crew to be the best customer service is priority one.. the word no doesn't exist in this group of people that work there

Great support guys. I forgot the name of the guy who helped me but thanks a lot. The store rep help me remove a broken bolt from my brake caliper guide pin. He later helped me find the right bolt. Very knowledgeable and thanks again
