The best customer service I’ve ever had at a Nike store. I believe his name is Daniel, I think he’s a supervisor? Not sure. He went above and beyond for me last time I was there. They’re all so nice, and I never have any issues with getting the help I need. There’s two others I want to acknowledge, but I can’t find my receipt with their names on it. Thank you guys💜

Its an Outlet, so not the newest things. Some good offers. The Workers Team there was outstanding helpful and friendly. Totally recommend this Store.

There was no line considering the fact it is Memorial Day weekend and they were all so helpful and nice! They even showed me how to get 15% off everything including clearance. I don't kno if it's just for this weekend or always but I love this place. They have the BEST clearance stuff ever!

Also, I left a bag there with an item (purchased from another store) that was worth a lot of money and didn't realize that until I was 2 hrs away. Not only did they find and secure my item, they SHIPPED it to me on their dime! They will have my business for life.

Been going to this Nike outlet for years. Just learned today they updated their Military discount to an additional 20% off instead of 10% off.
This was a great surprise since we were here today for the Labor Day sale!!

If you're an active/retired military member, check it out!! They've got deals in deals today.

Oh, and I would also like to add that Alyse helped us for checkout and she was great! Super polite, professional, quick and genuinely nice.

Always great customer service

I just visited the store from Canada. At first it was hard to find through my GPS, but people in the area that I asked for directions knew exactly where I could find the store. The prices were amazing compared to what I would see in Canadian Retail stores. Plus it just happen that I came during sales. I especially liked the enthusiasm of the girl who was working at the fitting room. She was very friendly and enthusiastic, which made my experience even better. The workers on the floor were very helpful, as well as the ones on the tills. All in all, I would say it was very much worth going the extra few miles to visit this store over the one in Seattle. My only complaint would be, the hotels in the town weren't that appealing, so I ended up leaving for Bellingham to stay the night and go to the Outlets stores there. I loved the variety of Outlets in the area and wish I could of had more time to visit them.

We bought a mini basketball. When we got to the counter the guys were lol cause the guys in front of us were professional brake dancers and the guys behind the counter were trying to brake dance way to go guys you made are day

It was very busy at the checkout but they were fairly fast. Over the weekend there were some really good deals on shoes.

Love this Store. 1 of my ALL TIME favorites. And the selection as well as the prices CANNOT BE BEAT! Unless u go direct to manufacturer. Lol. It's a great place to shop with an amazingly warm, and friendly staff. Go if u have not. And enjoy!
