The UPS Store

First time here for Amazon return with no packaging and quite impressed. I was helped right away without asking. The process is very easy. You just have to scan a qr code at the kiosk on the left hand, follow the instruction, put an item in a provided bag, and drop it off on the counter at the opposite side. I spent less than 1 minute.

I've never had a problem here. I use it occasionally to return Amazon items. I show the code and get a receipt, then get a refund notice from Amazon the next day or so.

I usually go to my neighborhood store for my UPS deliveries. But had a bad experience there a few times and just for the peace of mind I decided to go to UPS at NW drive. I called before heading to the store to check if they do Notary service and I was surprised by the welcoming tone of the person who attend the calls.

I was greeted when I entered the store, I was helped by the lady who notarizes the documents. She went through the process, corrected my mistakes in copies. Re copied my documents, let me print few pages. All in all she was very calm, peaceful and not hurrying up and gave us 10% discount on the total price.

I recommend this place, and she made us a permanent customers. Good Job!

My experience here at this UPS has always been great. I usually come here to get my Amazon return package or other packages shipped out. The workers that have assisted me were always helpful and polite. This is usually the store that I go to since I live close by and never had any bad experience here as opposed to some of the reviews.

I went in with about 30 items to return for Amazon and I was totally unorganized. (Sorry I didn't get names!) The girl was so kind and understanding and PATIENT while I got organized. She was reassuring and answered my questions about my Amazon concerns. While I was in there, another customer was swearing at the man behind the counter and he remained totally calm and professional through the whole transaction. What a gem! Both of them are wonderful 👏 ❤ Please remember to be a kind customer, times are hard and these people are amazing!!

Never had a problem here myself. If you require materials to package your product, you’ll be charged. So do it beforehand or pay at the store. Don’t expect free handouts.

I usually just do my Amazon returns here, so I normally have very little interaction. This time I needed to mail out my passport to be renewed. I was simply going to ask what envelope she recommended to mail it in. She took my documents, prepared the label, double checked with me that all my info was correct, asked if I needed it expedited, and packaged it all up for me. It was very easy and she was very helpful. I wished I would have asked her name.

I use this store for Amazon returns even though there is a closer UPS store. Have had great experiences with this store - in and out quickly and the folks there seem quite friendly. The closest UPS to us, runs more like a criminal organization than a store - so I really appreciate having such a good alternate.
