The Pharmacy staff at this CVS store on Nelson St in Leominster MA was absolutely awesome! After flying into Boston and unpacking suitcases at a Leominster hotel that evening, my wife discovered that her 2 types of insulin were left at home in Florida. We quickly contacted our insurance company and a nearby 24-hour Pharmacy at CVS store on Nelson St and explained our situation and the urgent need to contact a non-national chain in Florida to transfer our 2 prescriptions quickly before the Florida pharmacy closes. We must say that Pharmacist Makayla was absolutely awesome in quickly coordinating with the insurance company and the Florida pharmacy to receive and fill the 2 insulin prescriptions very late that same evening, and even staying an hour past her shift, to ensure my wife would not suffer an insulin emergency that night. Even the Pharmacy staff handling the transaction were kind, friendly, and so helpful. Our hats off to Makayla and the Pharmacy staff for going the extra mile to help us avoid a medical emergency while travelling. Awesome job!

3 Months ago I gave this store a horrible review. Pharmacy was out of control. Whatever changes were made this store
has improved significantly. They even went out and found my Ozempic which I take for Diabetes, not weight loss. They are looking out for me now! Thank you!

I was at this CVS last night and it was great. Good selection of items in the retail area, and the cashier was awesome. We were buying snacks, so we could get quarters as cash back for laundry, and I was expecting to just grab a few, but the cashier gave us a full $10 roll. She also told us what some of the cheapest stuff was, so we could just grab our cashback for laundry without a hassle. She also was super honest when my partner asked about the CVS CarePass thing and told us that if we're here a lot, it's worth it, but if we're there less than once a month it may not be. So, great service. I love when cashiers are honest about rewards programs.

I love this pharmacy. I have used them for years. There is a cvs next to my house. I drive the 15ish minutes for this store. They are always super friendly and helpful. The staff is always kind, patient, and understanding. They help find solutions to my problems/situations instead of dissmissing me. They could take the easy way out and just make me deal with issues on my own, but they never do. They go the extra mile to make sure I have what I need to take care of me.

Its CVS people they have the same stuff as any CVS and they are always clean and Stocked up.

Pharmacy at 1:30 am is not busy at all. Lynn the pharmacy technician was helpful and pleasant. She assisted in selecting the proper medicine for my sick grandchild. They are busy at times but have always been helpful. Thanks

Never have a problem at this CVS, drive out of my way because of their extreme professionalism.

I had a great experience here. My debit card was changed and I missed out on my monthly 10 dollar coupon. Brenda helped me update my card and gave me the 10 dollars I missed out on. Great customer service.
