The store is clean, staff are friendly and helpful. I did find a pair of sketches sneakers I really loved that they did not have my size in. When I asked if they had anything out back, I was informed that they do not carry back stock. So whatcha see is what they have. BUT it was so easy to order them right there at the register and have them shipped to me via FedEx I paid for them and 2 days later they showed up and fit nicely. I was also told that if they didn't fit well I could return them yo the store and either order another size or get a refund. Now I think that says our customers come first. I will def shop here for shoes again.

I love this shoe store. If they don't have your size in the store they will ship it to your house for free

Quality products at reasonable prices with frequent coupons a/o discounts to make life even better. A shout out to Katherine who works there. She didn't have to but went out of her way to help me out, far beyond any job description and exemplified the meaning of caring community member. Thank you isnt sufficient but thank you just the same. I will pass it forward.
